Description of Work: Waste and overflow piping was broken behind a bathtub. Replaced piping and added chrome drain, trim. Everything went well and was done the same day as the initial call. Maybe I'm just not used to plumbing costs, but the price seemed pretty high (but as our primary shower it needed to be done immediately).

Description of Work: Emergency service was responded to almost immediately. Watermark sent a master plumber and a second tech. They provided the services requested, took pro-active measures, left my place cleaner than when they found it. They were very upfront with their costs which was commensurate with the master plumbing services requested. They warranties their work and left making me feel I got great service. | |The quote was more than I expected. I needed to realize I was getting the work done by master certified plumbers and not a handyman. When I though about that I got the quality of workmanship that I needed at good value.

Description of Work: Great guys, very professional. I needed a pretty simple fix and the pricing they proposed was 2x what another company said they could do the following day. I decided I would wait.

Description of Work: Assessed our situation with a leaking commode. Made some recommendations. We chose not to address the issue at this time, but plan to call him in the future to perform the service.

Description of Work: Watermark Plumbing replaced a 2ft section of pipe which was leaking gas from gas meter to house. The area replaced had erroded where pipe met ground and was leaking. The only are in which I was not totally pleased was price. The original price quoted was $1800. when I questioned breakout I was advise they quote based on average. After explaining my financial circumstances, they did reduce price to around $1500. Their work seem to have been great as no current leak exists. However, I can't shake the feeling the price took advantage of my situation with needing the urgent repair over weekend when temps were dropping. They were professional and efficient. Their price seemed way too high. I appreciated their price concession and believe they did good work.

Description of Work: We discovered a gas leak at the side of our house, so we called the gas company. They came out, showed me where the leaks were and shut off the gas. They told me we needed to get a plumber to fix the leak and after the city inspected it would come back out and turn the gas back on. to speed up the process I dug all around the gas line to expose what needed to be fixed. I found Watermark through Angies list, saw the A rating, and that they were located in Carrollton. |Now I could have called mutiple plumbers to come out and get bids, but I didn't want to spend 2 days doing it, and prolong what needed to be fixed. |When I called them, they said they could get a guy out to the house within an hour. When I got to the house from work, the plumber was waiting for me out front. He inspected the pipe, called his office, and put an estimate together. I was floored when he told me the price. I knew that to have the pressure checked and to have the city come out to to inspect would be between $400 and $500, but I never expected to pay over $600 to replace 2 feet of gas line. It took the plumber a little over 2 hours, so you can do the math on that one. I understand they are master plumbers, but that's a little over the top. Now don't get me wrong, I'm a stickler when it comes to workmanship and this plumber went above a beyond what I would have expected. He was punctual and the owner ended up coming out after the gas was turned on. Overall Watermark did an excellent job, but you will pay for what you get.

Description of Work: Watermark sent Sean in response to our need for a plumber to find and repair a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom shower. Sean was excellent in everything from finding the leak quickly, repair and clean up. I was impressed with Sean and his very nice and polite helper, Taylor. So, all of that was great. Had I been told when asking the company about scheduling someone to come out find the source of the problem and do repairs that it would cost $295 just to find the leak no matter how long it took I would not have chosen to use this company. The $295 was a separate charge from the cost of repairs. No, I probably won't use this company again because of that very hefty charge. That's too bad too because the guys were just great.
