Fantastic service. I called to see if they did that sort of thing, they said that they did and they would have someone out in about an hour. Forty five minutes later he showed up, looked at the situation told me the cost and got it done. I will definitely use you guys again thanks soooo much for the prompt courteous service.

I found this company on Angies list. I wanted to use a local company. I called and made an appointment a week in advance. I was given a 2 hour window. He called prior to coming and arrived promptly. He did not have a part that he needed but he went to a store and purchased it. The job was completed quickly, he was courteous. What more could I ask for.

They arrived on time and were courteous. They inspected the faucet and called a nearby plumbing supply company to get the kit they needed. They came back and installed the kit. The faucet has been working fine since then.

They fit me in last minute and came right over. They fixed everything and it was very easy. I would call them again.

I was satisfied with the price. He was reliable and polite. If I have plumbing issues I would call him again.

They were very helpful, and aksed questions to see what I needed and provided guidance regardless of whether they did the work. They responded quickly to my call and were very friendly. I would recommend getting an estimate from them. The reason they didnt get the job is because they were not the cheapest.

Our heater was taking a long time to heat water. We decided to be proactive and replace it instead of having it burst/flood our garage unexpectedly. We called Watermark Plumbing, got a quote and set a date. Watermark Plumbing came on time and got to work. Then they drained the heater while unloading/prepping the new water heater. Water Heater put in was a Bradford White. There was lots of attention to detail and used high quality parts for the replacement valves. They tripled checked for leaks before leaving. I'm very happy with the work and service.

Initial visit scheduled promptly; inspection on Friday before Labor Day disclosed small leak (that was not there two days before). Paul bypassed leaking heater. Installation scheduled for following Tuesday and actually occurred on Wednesday. Watermark was very careful to protect the new carpet and wood floors from dirt/damage. They even vacuumed the carpet under the attic stairs. Job done in one day and tankless heater has performed well. I haven't needed to use Watermark for any other jobs, but will be sure to contact them. The higher price was justified by the care observed. You get what you pay for. Extremely satisfied customer.

When the owner came to fix the thermocouple issue, he also fixed a couple of other small plumbing issues free of cost and I was pretty impressed at the point. The problem is that they were trying to sell me a new water heater when the thermocouple went out the second time, when it was not required at all! Moreover, I got comparative quotes from others and the price that was quoted for a Bradford White 50 Gallons heater was $400 more than the cheapest price that I got. More than the price, what irked me was that they were intimidating us with false problems that my water heater needs to be replaced, period. I consulted a couple of other plumbers and they said that there was no problem, period! It's been more than a week and my heater is working just fine!! Why fix something that ain't broke?!?

I called Watermark on Monday morning and spoke with John Buchschacher, the owner. He scheduled to come out Monday afternoon. Unbeknownst to either of us at that point, the part was a factory recall though and it had to be ordered directly from the factory. After trying to find the part locally, John ordered it, called and apologized for the unexpected delayed, offered to pay shipping (which I wouldn't let happen as it wasn't his fault), and came and got it fixed on Wednesday, as soon as the part arrived. The part got misaligned in shipping and he had to repair that before he could install it, taking even more time at no charge. He did a great job and has great customer service skills! I highly recommend him.

I have recommended them to other people, and they have also been very satisfied. He is very clean cut, respectable, and trustworthy.

John Buchschacher is a great plumber and he runs the company himself. He is always on time and we used him for projects before. He is a real nice guy.
