They did a great job. John was very professional, prompt, and gave excellent service. He stayed true to his bid and had excellent pricing.

I found them on Angie's List and they had a lot of reviews with high marks. They were very clean and they kept the place spotless. They got here and did not stop until they got it done. I didn’t compare prices.

I spoke to a woman on the telephone and described my issue. She set up a time for someone to come and look at it. I had advised I wouldn't be home and it would it be ok for someone to call me once the pipe was looked at. The gentleman called me once the pipe had been looked at to advise what had happened, gave me an estimate, and asked if I wanted to continue. He said that he'd also insulate the pipe so it wouldn't freeze again. It was a very quick, professional, and clean process.

They are very knowledgeable, very nice and they explain everything. They have also shown me how things work. The overall work took about 15-20 minutes. They are very thorough. I would rate them high overall and would use them again in the future.

Although I consider the price as high, it was the best pricing after reviewing six plumbing firms. Other firms had pricing as high as $6500! It was also the least invasive method for the repair. They responded quickly to my original call, provided their input on the leak and how they would repair, they came at the time agreed upon, performed the job as requested, and answered questions I had on the work being performed. Very professional and courteous.

I am very pleased with the work. They left the work area very clean, they protected the floor while working. The toilet doesn't leak and it has absolutely no rocking motion to it. I had no issues from start to finish.

Trying to find plumber and electrician. Called top performers on your list. two company's gave me an estimate. I never heard back from either company.

I called the company Tuesday (2/1) evening (about 10:30) and let a message that I had no cold water upstairs and that I had no water at all for the shower or commode. I called again Wednesday morning around 8 am and left another message. Today is Thursday (2/3) and no one has ever returned my call. Fortunately I found another service who is doing work for me. I wonder how this company got such a good rating when I couldn't even get a return phone call?

Went great! They got there when they said they would, were very courteous and professional. Quoted me a price and I agreed. They went to work, didn't stop until they were through and did an excellent job and clean up.

Called Watermark on Friday morning. Explained situation and asked for their recommendation, price and availability. Went off and did my homework, then called back to confirm early Friday afternoon. Agreed on end-of-day or next morning start (as their previous commitments permitted). They called me Friday at about 5pm to say it would be Saturday morning. On Saturday morning, they called me upon their departure. They arrived pretty much on time, came in and got right to work. Agreed work was completed 2-3 hours later. They were very professional in every way. I am very pleased with the service and result. They kept me informed and there were no surprises.

I would hire them again. I was very happy with their work.

overall it went great! the crew called before they came and said they were picking up the water heater and would be here in 30 minutes. they were here promptly at 9am as promised. the owner was the plumber and he was very experienced and got right to it. the heater is in the garage so it was relatively easy to get to it. It took about 90 minuters from start to finish. He was very careful. this is a gas heather and I wanted to make sure the vent was not damaged. He checked it at the beginning and before he left.They picked up everthing including the old water heater. He was polite and gave me the 5% discount as promised on Angies's list. Although I was going to pay for the service with my mastercard, he offered me another 5% to pay by check, which i quickly accepted. Watermark is a small company. But I must tell you they were the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. He is going to be my "go to guy" for plumbing services from this point on.

Watermark did the plumbing repair and was professional, kind, and courteous. The plumber even helped clean and throw away some damaged items under the sink. I will certainly call them again.

Was excellent from start to finish; team consisted of master plummer and one assistant [both were pleasant and professional]. Came on time and did excellent job; cleaned up area and carted off old water heater. Completed effort in approx three hours. Will definitely use again when i need plumbing services. Cost was exactly what was quoted.

Watermark personnel were easy and pleasant to work with from beginning. They responded to my initial query promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly and once the ordered parts had arrived they returned and fixed the problem.

Friday morning we awoke to cold showers. After trying to restart the pilot light in the water heater to no avail, I called Watermark at about 9:30 AM. After getting disconnected for some unknown reason, I was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning (a Saturday) between 9 AM and 12 noon. I was hoping that they would have a slot in their schedule on Friday, and while they agreed to certainly let me know if an opening appeared, I didn't receive a call on Friday. However, the technician called me at 8:45 AM on Saturday to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived about half an hour later, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and cleaned the assembly, and restarted the water heater -- all by 9:45. He was very professional and pointed out some corrosion and moisture at the bottom of the water heater, which was an indication of possible problems to come. In any event, we had nice hot showers waiting for us about an hour later. The bill at $220, even with a $25 coupon from Angie's List, seemed a little steep for half an hour of work and a few small parts, but their professionalism and punctuality (on a Saturday, too) was worth the price. I'll certainly use Watermark again for water heater and other plumbing problems.

The owner himself came in to give us the estimate. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive but since I need this to be done right the first time, I went ahead with them because of their reputation. They subcontract their roof job to a real roofer to build the special vent through the roof which is one of the reason that I like their quote. Took them about 6-8 hrs to do the installation. They took care of the permit, city inspection, etc. During this whole process, John (the owner) has been very responsive and professional.

It took a couple attempts to contact Watermark, but once we got ahold of them, the service was wonderful. They were communicative about what time they were going to arrive, provided an estimate, and two days later, returned on time to promptly complete the work. We asked the contractor for advice, and he happily provided it. The two gentlemen were very friendly, courteous and efficient. We would happily use this contractor again.

My tub water was turning red at times so I knew our water heaters were needing to be replaced. I called several companies and John gave me an estimate that included many details that others did not. His estimate was in the middle of the 3, and his thorough estimate (and Angie's List reports) made us choose Watermark. Two men (Jim & Peter) came on time at 9am to replace two 75 gallon water heaters in our walk in attic. They put down waterproof tarps to protect the wood floors and WHITE carpet. They very carefully secured the heaters to their dolly and took them individually down the halls, stairs and through the front door without any problems. The put the two new water heaters in and had to leave for some parts. They were gone a couple of hours but returned to finish the job in the early afternoon. They had to re-route some of the pipes to make it a true serial system without any additional cost. They replaced all pipes leading to and from these heaters and did so in a very tidy way. They explained everything and checked on the roof to make sure the vents were well placed. We had a small problem with a solder joint I noticed right after they left. One joint on top of the heater was dripping slowly with no water anywhere but on top of the tank. They returned immediately. They quickly replaced the whole joint stating the water heated up so fast the solder didn't set perfectly; a very strange and rare event. All in all, a very top rated job that was done in a clean manner with great care to keep our home free of all debris. I will call them again to fix any other plumbing issues in our home. Great service.

It could not be helped that we went a long time without water, as we had to involve our home owners insurance and that took some time. But, overall, it went very well. Plumbers were professional, pleasant young men, considerate of our time & pet, kept the mess to a minimum. Put down tarps. Controlled dirt removed.
