He was on time, polite, professional and cleaned up the mess - hauled off the old one.

Called Watermark, got quote on phone and arranged appointment. Received call on day of appointment indicating that plumber was on the way. James arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and did an outstanding job of removing and replacing the wax ring.

I was very pleased with the service and the explanaton of what needed to be done. The work was done in a timely manner. I will do work with Watermark again and I will also recommend them as well.

They returned my request for quote quickly and were punctual on the scheduled day. The plumber was very courteous. They completed the work in less time than I expected, and the new faucets are working great! I really appreciated them hauling off the old sink. We'll definitely call them for future jobs.

They are a good company. They come when they say they are coming. They explain everything that they are going to be doing. I really like that because I want to understand what the problem is and not pat you on the head and think you are a little lady. I want to understand what the problem is.

Once the work was agreed upon it was a couple of days before James could get an excavation crew to come dig the tunnel under the house. He said they contract with another company for the excavating but that they have a desired crew they like to work with. Those men were hard workers and used plastic and plywood to put the clay soil on so we wouldn't end up with mud everywhere and a ruined lawn. Excavation took a full day, then James arrived the next day to do the work which only took a couple of hours. 6 feet of pipe was removed and replaced (PVC) and James showed us the rusty old iron with about 4 feet of roots grown down inside it! Then the crew spent the remainder of the day putting the soil back under the house, packing it with machinery so it would be good and stable. The remaining soil was very neatly packed against the foundation (where it was needed anyway). The only inconvenience was that the work was scheduled to begin the day before but the crew got delayed and I ended up waiting all day but no-show. I was able to reach John and he told me James and the crew were not going to make it after all. I chalk this up to it being a small company and we all know plumbing jobs often take longer than expected. A little patience was worth the finished product and I would definitely use Watermark Plumbing again, especially if I had a major plumbing problem, because they are much more intelligent than any of the plumbers we've used before.

I used Watermark 6 months ago and they appeared to fix my plumbing problem with my washing machine and adjacent bathroom. However, last week I began to experience the same exact problem that I had 6 months ago. I called Watermark and told them I was having the same problems and they said they would come out on Friday at 9. 930 rolls around and I had not heard from them so I called. No answer. Left a message. No response. They never showed up or called me back. Very unprofessional. Seems that they did not want to come back out since I told them that they failed to correctly fix my problem the first time, so they just blew me off. Would not recommend these guys. Surely there are plumbers who are just as good or better that would not run there business in this manner.

Never showed or called for our scheduled estimate. They were nice on the phone, and they said they could do the estimate at 8AM in time for me to leave for work at 9. After a little over an hour I called to tell them I could no longer wait. The business hours on the website say 8AM but the recording says 9AM. Left VM. It's now 5 and I have received no call back, explanation, apology. Will not do business with again.

James called within the agreed-to time range and showed up promptly. He was very courteous and professional and fixed all problems quickly. He did the inspections for no extra charge. James was pleasant to work with and patiently answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this company.

When I first spoke to the man at Watermark, I told him the history of plumbing challenges we had dealt with involving other plumbers. He assured me that we would have a Master Plumber doing our installation and that it would be done right. My husband was home to greet "James," our Master Plumber. James was very friendly and professional, and definitely knew his stuff. When he removed the old toilet, he noted that not only was the flange installed crooked, but it wasn't the right size flange, either. It explained why the toilet worked so poorly, and the bad mount caused the toilet to move slightly and require a shim. James had to go out to buy a new flange, the correct size, which added to our costs due to additional parts and time on the job. But the end result was absolutely superb! When I got home and saw the quality of his work, and gave the new toilet a test flush, I was so impressed with the entire job! No one likes to spend their hard-earned money, but I felt like we received $340 worth of service from James and Watermark. An excellent experience, and the new commode flushes flawlessly every time! Whoda thunk you could get excited about a toilet! Watermark gets an A+++ in our book!

What can I say. John and James, both Master Plumbers really helped with this whole process top to bottom again. We could not be more happy under the circumstances. They even devised a way for us to have hot showers and wash dishes/do laundry while this fiasco was going on. You cannot tell where the crew went "spelunking" under our house again which is really amazing. All of our landscaping survived and we did not have to move out temporarilly like the insurance company was pushing for because of their intervention. Great guys! Great company!

Watermark was very good. He was very professional. We had a leak in our laundry room and it was coming out of the wall or coming under the wall. We had several people come out before and they never could fix it. He pinpointed the problem right away. It really just took the thinking in the right direction with the right kind of thing and he fixed it. He was very good I would call him again for sure. He was very prompt, courteous and he seemed very professional. I would definitely call him again. Their price was fine.

John and another Master plumber James came to our house to find problem with lack of hot water and find leak that was most likely the problem. They used a laser thermometer (Food service grade...super smart idea) to track the floor temp throughout the house. Found hot spot. Explained options. We just spent over 100,000 remodeling this house and did not like 2 of the options. One was a bypass and the other involved jackhammer! We have a 9 month old and did not want to have to move out. John and James fought for us with the insurance company to fight for the most expensive option which was to tunnel under the home to keep the interior of the home sound and us in the home. Basically this went as well as it could have gone. These guys were great and I recommend them to anyone. The yard looks great. You cannot tell where they dug. Great job guys!!!

John called the next day that they had successfully pulled the line, cutting the expense of digging. Now I know it's all replaced and should never represent a problem again. It's about the 5th or 6th time I've used Watermark and all their work is excellent.

A live person answered the phone. He was very helpful and polite. He had me text him a photo so he could recommend a kitchen faucet to buy. He arrived on time, called before he arrived, and took off his shoes before entering my home. He made sure all parts were working. He cleaned up after installing the faucet.

They were very thorough with the installation. This was evidenced by the fact that after having installed the unit they actually removed it to fix an unrelated issue. Great job!

I contacted Watermark about a clogged drain and they came out the next morning. John and his assistant were on time and polite. They did the job in about an hour. They left no mess and did a fine job. I used a coupon as an Angie's List member. I'm very satisfied with the service and will use them again.

I called and left word that I needed service and left my name and phone number and did not hear back from them.

We called Watermark Plumbing out to blow out our A/C condensation lines that clog up with algae about once a year. Once the technician arrived and assessed the situation he expressed concern over the frequency of this problem and stated there was a possible cause to it. He asked if it would be okay to do some troubleshooting, which I was only too happy to allow. What he found was that an assembly piece (under two separate sink areas) where the condensation lines tied into the drain was the incorrect size and was restricting flow. The pieces were cut to the correct size and reinstalled, allowing gallons of water to finally flush from the lines. I was told that our yearly condensation line flush would finally a thing of the past, which will save us a couple hundred dollars a year. Will I use Watermark again? Absolutely!

Overall every thing went just fine,I'm very pleased

He was near by came right over and replaced the broken copper pipe with in 1 hour. John was friendly, professional and very efficient. Thanks John, I will use this company again.

Called Watermark and spoke to John. They came over same day and provide and estimate and vary options for repairing leaky bathtub faucet and outdoor faucet. The work was done quickly and quickly. They were very polite and easy to work with. I will use them in the future as needed.

John and Watermark Plumbing are awesome! I called and they were out of town at a wedding, but came back in town and were at my house this morning at 8am. John finally found a fitting that had started leaking, and cut out the pipe, put a new pipe in, and helped me get the carpet out of the closet. Even though I was out of warranty, John didn't charge me a thing. He gave me information about the company that makes the fitting (which is under warranty) and told me he would help me if they were not responsive. If anyone needs a great plumber, new water heater, etc. give these guys a call!

They showed up on time, but did take an hour to figure out what needed to be done. The estimate was a more expensive so we went with another company.
