John was on time quick & efficient. Looked problem gave me a quote for service & then did it.

The guys showed up on time and did their job neetly and quickly. They only offered to check out the water heaters while they were there and didn't try tp pressure or upsale me on them like Benjiman Franklin did on some previous work. Very Professional, they even gave me the Angie's List discount although I hadn't printed out the cupon. I will difenitely use these guys again and will recommend them to anyone.

I found out the hot water heater was leaking because my son noticed the water on the driveway. Water was pouring out the closet in the garage where the hot water heater is located. I found them on Angie's List & called, hoping for an appointment on Friday or maybe Monday. I was told to shut off the water to the water heater & I told her I didn't know how. She said the plumber would call me right back to tell me how. Well, he did! Not only did he call me back, he waited while I moved things to reach the closet and stayed on the line giving me step by step instructions. I've had any service person give me that kind of individual time and attention. Anyway, he told me they could come fix it tonight. Really, on Thanksgiving eve? I asked what the after hours/holiday fee would be and was told "None" that the cost would be the same today or on Monday. WOW! I approved the service, so they came out about an hour later, in the dark, to fix my water heater. Not a second was wasted, they got right to work. It was like watching a surgeon and their assistant work. They were quick, efficient and professional. The invoice was less than I expected, too. I know who I'll call next time!

They were able to come the same day which was great! They arrived when they said they would and did the work quickly. They were very thorough; they tested all parts of the house to see that no other area was affected by the problem. John gave me a price for the work to be done and that was the price I paid, less the $30 Angies List discount and an additional discount for paying by check instead of credit card. They then proceeded to clean the affected area. As they cleaned the line, they continued to run the washer to see how it was draining. After cleaning, John ran the washer a couple times and kitchen sink water to be sure they had corrected the entire problem. It works great now. I have used Watermark before to install a kitchen faucet. I was again pleased with their work and will continue to use them as my preferred plumber.

They arrived within 24 hours of my call to give me an estimate and returned the next morning to replace the hot water heater. Also added an expansion tank and a pan with a sensor. Very quick, knowledgeable, and professional.

The service person took care of getting the city permit before beginning the work The repair consisted of locating the gas leak along the pipe running from the outside of the house under the back yard to the meter in the alley. Once the leak was located a section of pipe needed to be removed and replaced with new pipe. Then the gas test is run to ensure the pressure in the house is acceptable. They had to dig down about 2 feet to find and replace the pipe as the leak was just below the surface of the yard. They explained that the further they have to dig moving from the house towards the meter underground the more expensive the service. They also installed a cut off valve at the point where the pipe comes outside the house in case I need to turn the gas off in the future sense customers do not usually have access to the meter. Once the gas test was completed they called the City and set up the inspection and notified me when the inspector would be at my house although I was not required to be there. Then the City notified Atmos Energy and they set up an appointment to get the gas turned back on. Normally the city nor Atmos do not do same day inspection (on the day of the fix) however Watermark was able top expedite the procedure for me and had both agencies here late in the day of the fix so I could get the gas back on sooner and have hot water.

Hot water not heating while I had guests staying with me. I looked on Angies List and emailed three plumbers early the next morning. John from Watermark called the quickest and was able to come out to look at the heater that morning around 9am. Since the appliance was 12 years old, I opted to get a new one after he told me my options. A new heater was installed a few hours later.

John evaluated the problem on Tue. I ordered the parts that were still under warranty. I recv'd my parts by UPS and set up an appointment for John to install them. It went smooth from start to finish.

The conductor (I believe that's the right term) on he upper section of my water heater went out. I saw Watermark on here, and then they were recommended to me by a co-worker...so I decided to give them a shout and try out there services. My co-worker had mentioned that she attends church with the owner, so in addition to them being reputable people I appreciated knowing that it is a Christian business with Christian principals. I called just after 5 on Tuesday and was sent to an automated voice system indicating their office hours are 8-5. While I was listening to this message my phone rang. It was Watermark. They apologized for missing my call and immediately asked what my issues were and how they could help. The fact that they returned my call before I had completed making my call was astounding to me. They set me up and gave me an initial estimate of $225.00. They gave me the option of morning afternoon the next day for services and I chose the afternoon. I received a call indicated they were on their way to complete my job. Indicated they were coming for Richardson and would arrive in about 30 minutes. It took a good bit longer than that to arrive, I assume he got caught up at the previous job. When he arrived service was impeccable and quick. He offered to take off his shoes, which was unnecessary but an appreciated gesture. We walked to my water heater and he quickly completed the repairs. I asked the total and he told me $225, minus the discount for Angie's list making the total $200.00. This was in line with the originial quote, but felt high for the 20-30 minute job that was completed. I asked about it, not expecting anything to happen. He offered to call the owner who agreed to lower the price this time. Overall service was great. Job was done right and done quickly. Hopefully I don't need to for a long time, but the next time something comes up I will definitely use Watermark.

John (owner) was amazingly attentive and professional. When we had some concerns that collateral damage might surface, he coordinated with our foundation company and the chief engineer of the tunneling contractor to arrange extra testing to insure all was correct. Trusting a plumber with a $27,000 repair is a big deal. I hope we never have a big repair like that again, but if we did, Watermark would get the call.

Overall excellent service. Watermark arrived on time and explained the issue and the repair that would need to be done in detail. I would definitely use these guys again.

The plumber was on time, very professional but was inconsistent with the price quote based on the phone conversation I hadhad when I called regarding the repair. My original call, I was told the repair could run from $225 all the way to $2500 depending on how much of the yard had to be dug up and if the sidewalk had to be busted up to get to the leak. When the plumber arrived, he looked at the meter and said, "We get $799.00 for a job like this. "I asked, "how do you know the rate until you understand what amount of work is involved?" He said, he would have to call his boss.... I had to get back to my job, so I told him to go ahead and fix it trusting that he would charge me based on the severity of the leak. He called me to tell me the leak was fixed, I ran home from work to pay him because he preferred a check instead of a credit card, because of the credit card fee..... When I arrived home, he showed me a section of pipe that was about 2 ft. long that he had replaced and said that it would be $799.00. He then applied a $20 discount because I had used their service due to Angie's List. This was my first experience with Angie's List and it was not a good one.

James the plumber, was on time and very knowledgeable. He fixed a problem. We have had that 3 other plumbers could not. I am very pleased with James and his company.

Everything went very well from start to finish. In first called the company on Thursday evening, to schedule a plummer to come by and see what the problem is with my shower. I was given a date and time, when the plummer would come by and fix the problem. I went to a Hotel, and stayed the night.The next day, I got a call from James, telling me, that he was on the way to my condo. He arrived on time, likle he told me he would. I met him at the entrance of my complex, and brought him to my condo. James wanted to do some minor repairs, but when he checked to see how old my water heater is, he knew right away, that it was too old and that it needs to be changed right away.I concurred with James, and he then ordered my new water heater, and we waited for the new water heater to arrive. As soon as the new water heater arrived, James began to install it, and explained to me, step by step, what to do, if things go bad, and what to do, when I go on vacation to Colorado. James got the job done rather quickly, and asked me if there was anything else that I needed to ask him. I did, and then I shook his hand, paid him, released him, and we went our separate ways!I will surely call him back and begin work on my bath room! And thats it! A very satisfied customer!!!! AL V.
