John came out on Friday 3/15 to provide quote on relocating gas line. We agreed on price and he returned Monday to complete job. Took half the time another company estimated. Great work and very personable. Bill was half the other guys quoted. Will call him again.

We've used Watermark for years, and they always do good work. This time was no exception. We really appreciated that the owner, himself, did the repairs.

Overall, bad experience. While I did agree to removing water savers and understood that they could not be replaced, the professionalism and follow-up were not there. The technician did not ask what I thought of new pressure before leaving. After using the shower and realizing that the pressure was now way too much (to the point of standing water and so loud the pipes sounded like they were going to burst out of the wall) I called back. Tech reported would order new part and basically over the course of a month we were left hanging. I called the company more than once to find their voicemail to be full and unable to leave a message. After a couple weeks, the tech started texting me - which was better than no communication but not professional in my opinion. When I voiced my concerns about now having too much pressure, I was made to feel like this was my issue and the standing water probably just meant I had a clogged drain. I have now resolved this water pressure issue with a different company I also found on Angie's list - not only were they were cheaper, they were more professional and had the needed part to get the shower back to normal on their truck. A day before the new company came out, I did receive an apology text from one of the owners of Watermark which was appreciated but ultimately didn't resolve the problem they created. The $265 we paid them was literally money down the drain for us & I do not plan on using their services again.

Called regarding smell of gas outside where gas line enters house. Watermark escalated and came out after 8 pm. After looking at the problem, they determined there was no leak. Very friendly. Did not act annoyed even at 8 pm and they did not charge a trip fee or anything. They did say their office was very close to my home, so you may not get the same $0 if you do not live in Carrollton, but I appreciated the urgency and price I got.

They only performed a shower pan test for us. They showed up when they said they would and were nice and courteous. It took several days to get an estimate for repairs. They charge way too much for me to use them again.

The work seems fine. But the price seems to be excessive. It took them 2 and a half hours and from what I can tell they only had to replace disposal basket and the the drainage. The actually charged $1098 for the reconnect. They gave us a 10% angieslist discount to make it $988. I will have to use some one more reasonable next time.

I made an appointment the day prior and was specific that I could not be at my residence until after 4 p.m.. They were very accomodating, The service call prior to mine ran longer than anticipated and he called to explain and came out as soon as it finished and fixed my leak. It had been a very long day for them and they were very pleasant and professional. I found them to be very professional, accomodating and friendly. I would recommend the company and intend to use them again.

Watermark Plumbing were conscientious but I had to call him back and he did stand behind his work. The price, punctuality, and professionalism were great.

John, the owner, is the person who does the work and his wife, April, is the person who handles calls and scheduling. This is just one of the things I love about Watermark Plumbing! I talked to two other companies and one other came to the house twice and it was all very impersonal and the "master plumber" who came out seemed angry and annoyed and messages between the office and plumber did not work well. Once it was determined that the sewer line needed replaced, the other company refused to give me a price up front. They gave me a starting price and then price per foot - depending on how deep the line ended up being. JOHN, at Watermark, gave me the cost up front. I paid half upon signing the contract and half the day the work was done. NO SURPRISES - which was very lucky for us because the line ended up being 10ft deep and would have cost more than double with the other company. Also, they were very understanding when I had to reschedule the work due to our child being seriously ill and April even sent text messages to check on her during her stay in the hospital and offered prayers for her recovery. They treated us like family. The job was very tough manual labor and John and his assistant were very pleasant and cheerful throughout. Once the pipe was replaced, they took their time refilling the hole to be sure it was packed as tightly as possible with no air pockets. We did not end up with a mound of dirt in the yard, just a bare spot over the work area, which we seeded and it looks as good as new. They also did work for my sister, who is not an angieslist member, and she was very happy with the work and that she felt very comfortable having John in her home. They are a very community minded company and do what they can to help the needy, as well. Thank you John and April!

John and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Very polite and efficient. Laid out the problem and solution without any fluff and performed the job same day. Expert installation. Will definitely call them when the next issue arises!

The experience was excellent from beginning to end! We called and spoke with April who was able to get John out to our office within a couple hours of our call. The price was extremely fair and the work was perfect as well as the clean up, nobody would ever know they were there, no dirt or trash left behind. I would strongly recommend them if you want a fair price and great quality work with excellent customer service.

I called Watermark around 2:30 pm because of a leak in my water heater. They arrived around 3:30 pm ready to start and finished around 6:00 pm. I had a new water heater and hot water in about 2 1/2 hrs. I am very pleased and satisfied in recommending Watermark for your next plumbing project. Overall excellent JOB !!

They came the day we called at the time they said they would be there. They fixed a toliet that had been repaired several times by other. We are very satisfied with their work and would definately use them again.
