The team was on time and provided me with updates about approximate arrival time. They were very professional and explained the findings of the problem areas and relative importance of fixing the problem. They provided the estimate for repair work and did not push sale any items.

The overall service was excellent and fast. They were professional, tidy and polite, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future.

We originally had Watermark out to re-install our vanity and toilet after a bathroom remodel. They did that, in addition to replacing the valves on our washing machine for hot and cold, and the plumber also addressed a leak on the exterior of our home (he had to cut into our siding to do so). That total bill was around $1,100. I felt like, while it was fairly high, the work performed was done well, and Kelly was very friendly and knowledgeable. We called them back out for 2 reasons: the valve on the vanity was leaking - not sure if the install wasn't done correctly or it was a bad part, but of course that was fixed without additional cost, and it was fixed well. My husband inadvertently put a hole into a copper pipe we had, and we had him repair that when he was out fixing the valve leak. Just for that fix it was $675. I'm sure that is fairly reasonable, but it was a huge expense for a small mistake. In the past, plumbers we have used have charged by the hour, but this company charges by the job. I guess it can be good and bad. For our quick fix on the little mistake, it was bad.

My wife was home when the plumber arrived and stated he was extremely nice and professional. After initial inspection he then quoted my wife a fixed cost of $900!!! to fix a slowly draining sink, clogged bathtub, replace the stopper and a smelly drain. I'm not sure how one could actually rationalize that much money for the three serviced provided. On the invoice he apparently then quoted some sort of multi-service discount that reduced the bill to only $750. Of course my pregnant wife is not calling me freaking out since she didn't know what to do. I asked to talk to the plumber and merely asked exactly what hourly rate these services were based on. He then stated that they work on a fixed amount and base their prices on "average" times it takes to fix these type of issues. At that point I explained the fact that the last time they fixed the exact same sink it took a whopping 10 minutes so charging me $250 for that sink didn't seem like an average payment to me. Long story short he ended up giving me another "discount" which reduced the bill to $500. If we were not expecting a child any minute now and my work schedule wasn't so crazy I probably would have asked him to leave at that point to get another quote. All in all the plumber was here for 1.5 hours which equates to ~$330 per hour. I then get home and on the invoice it says the master drain is a corrugated p-trab and should be replaced which is causing the slow drain in the master bath. The sink is draining great now so he did fix the short-term issue. Let's see, for even $125 per hour he could have stayed for 2.5 more hours and actually fixed the root cause vs. charging me $330 per hour and writing a nice note about what truly needed fixed. Makes me question what exactly is included in their "fixed" pricing strategy. I appreciate the professionalism and promptness but just can't get over the sky high prices for the services provided. I know what the company response will be and that is flat rate pricing benefits the consumer so there are no hidden surprises. In my two interactions with the company the "average" prices just seem to be well skewed in their favor regarding time and cost. For my next plumbing issue I will do a little more research to find a company that provides a more appropriate balance of time, quality and cost.

They answered their phone at 8 AM on a Monday morning. They were at my house just after lunch. Yeah! They did great.

Well, Very professional company and felt comfortable having them in my home. Quick response time, price in line with other estimates.

The hot, cold and shower controls had to be fixed. He was supposed to replace the inside stems of all three but messed up on the shower handle. After he left I tried to turn on the shower and no water came out. I called up the office and they promised he would return after his next appointment which he did, several hours later. He fixed it and that was that. This was not a super difficult fix and he should have checked things out before he left. I too should have checked on the work before he left.

Kelly was a true professional, reviewed the project and submitted pricing, work performed as quoted in and clean and efficient manner leaving space clean after work was completed.

Wonderful! Arrived within one hour of my call, replaced the cut offs and checked plumbing in the whole house.

Kelly arrived timely - called at 8am and they were here by 10:30am. They made a trip to the hardware store to acclimate my new faucet with existing plumbing. Courteous, respectful, good work, EXCELLENT!

They were nice on the phone and did show up when they said they would...HOWEVER, the plumber told us that he couldn't fix the dripping toilet for less than $350-400 and there was nothing wrong with the faucet (which is fine - I just wanted it checked). He quoted a new toilet at a whopping $700!!!! (I'm not talking about a solid gold toilet with a heated seat, just a regular standard everyday toilet) These people are ridiculous and outrageous and I feel completely ripped off that I was charged $69 to be told that their prices are astronomical. This is the first time that the List has directed me to the wrong people and I am extremely disappointed.

We called Watermark to help us diagnose and fix a problem with our recently-installed AC unit, which was leaking through our ceiling (the AC installation was done by a different company). This was an emergency call, as we were experiencing damage to our ceiling and water running into our our living space. Several other plumbing companies were unable to accommodate us quickly, but Watermark scheduled a call for the same day, within approximately 2 hours of my call. The service technician was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They advised us on repairs, and provided information we needed to work with the AC company and our insurance adjuster. We were charged a reasonable service call fee. We were very happy with the level of responsiveness and service.

My water heater was leaking and Watermark responded quickly and was very friendly and kind. They were very patient and I will definitely call them again with any future plumbing crisis that I might have!!!!

They came the day I called and fixed the problem. Kelly was fast and courteous.

When I ran the dishwasher or the washing machine, my laundry room toilet would back up, and overflow into the laundry room. I called Watermark at 10:30am to ask if they could send someone. They were friendly and it was super easy to schedule. They said they would be here at 1:00pm and rang my doorbell promptly at 12:55. Two professional and very friendly technicians showed up ( Kelly & Patrick). They diagnosed the problem quickly and walked me through everything! I will only use these guys from now on and I would recommend that you do the same! Great company, great price and the technicians were fantastic! Thank you

They were very professional. They came and were more than punctual. They let me know when they were coming. The owner always had a smile on his face.

Returned my phone call promptly. Said they could be here within an hour. Showed up as promised. John and his helper did the work carefully and neatly. They were polite and attentive. I could not have asked for more. Plumbing is fairly expensive, but they made it pretty painless. Thanks again!

John arrived when he said he would looked for the problem and developed a sound plan to fix it. Very professional and friendly, both John and April. I have had the unfortunate opportunity to have had to call plumbers several times in the past and I can say that Dealing with Watermark was a pleasure and when I need help in the future I will definitely call Watermark Plumbing.

Spent long time finding the problem snaking every possible source and determined the problem was the sink stopper valve and fixed that.

Repairs went very well, and we are pleased with the results - work was done in a highly professional manner.

Watermark Plumbing gave us some peace of mind that the high water bills were not due to a leak in the foundation. We aren't sure what the problem is, but he believes that our sprinkler system is pushing out too much water. He was very professional and I appreciate his service.
