The men were called to an emergency, which was not a problem for me, and arrived 3 hours late. Emergencies happen, I can really understand that. They came in assessed the work, and it was what I expected and wanted done. The men were very professional, good at their work, and had the job done in just a little over one hour. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I have no complaints other than the cost. They did provide a estimate before doing the work, and I agreed to pay it, so I get what I deserve! We are having a family wedding next week, and I really had no choice. That being said, I just found out that other companies charge less for the same job. So, I feel that I overpaid. Their work was excellent. I guess that is worth something, too.

Kelly, the repairman, and his apprentice were very courteous. Their uniforms were neat and clean. They were conscientious about not tracking dirt in the house. They cleaned up the mess they made doing the repairs before they left. The job was finished to my satisfaction.

I have no problem with the work performed or the plumber that performed the replacement. He arrived a little late, but called to advise of the delay, so no problem. He took care of the job quickly and professionally. He was in and out of my home in under one hour (45 minutes to be exact). The cost of a simple handle replacement was $295.00. Even if this service company charged $100 per hour for a plumber, a $50 trip charge, and $50 for a handle and six inches of copper pipe, the charge still would have been only $200. When I called the company, post service, to ask what they normally charge for this work, I was told they don't bill trip charges and they do not have an hourly rate - they bill strictly by the job and would be happy to come out and give me an estimate. I personally will never use this company again. And for anyone with a real plumbing need, I would strongly advise you look elsewhere for a plumber. Anything involving real plumbing expertise will undoubtedly cost thousands of dollars, based on the rate I was charged.

I called them about 1:30 on Friday afternoon and they had a truck out within an hour of the initial phone call. The techs were great and professional and gave me plenty of options for service. I had them replace the heater and they had it completed and bill in my hand by 4:20 that same day. They were knowledgeable and polite and dog lovers. They were ok with me not taking their additional $$ work options and did not try to hard sell me on anything, unlike other contractors I have used.

It was very good news since I thought the unit was broken and needed major repairs. I would trust him for any plumbing problems and will always use Watermark in the future.

I was able to get someone to come out and look at the leak relatively quickly. I was at work when he came to inspect the leak and everything was communicated via phone. It was a very seamless process.

I needed a plumber because my kitchen faucet was leaking, garbage disposal was not working, bathroom sink stopper had broken, toilet flapper would not seal so toilet running non-stop. He told me would cost me $325 to stop toilet running and replace the stopper in bathroom sink. Said it was so expensive because company couldn't afford to make trip out to repair for less. Yet, this was on top of the nearly $400 paying to replace garbage disposal, which should have well paid for the trip out . Refused to take kitchen sink apart and fix...barely looked at it and said buy a new one, although this was a very expensive faucet . There was a lot of water under kitchen sink and I voiced concerns about mold. He did not check to see if there was any mold, but told me all about his side business for treating mold, should I find I needed it. So, the only thing fixed was my garbage disposal. Now I have 2 bathrooms, but can only use one!

They were good. They did the service and then I asked them about an exterior water problem. They gave a quote for that. They were very nice and cooperative. They explained everything well.

Man named Kelly from Watermark came out to provide an estimate for plumbing work. He said he found the shower head and bathtub was leaking behind the walls. He wrote up an estimate that included many other upsells he said needed to be "fixed." Total estimate was $1855. I agreed to have them come out to fix only the leaks and a few other items on the list. But, after I insisted we schedule a time that I could be present to supervise the work, they wouldn't come back out to actually do the work. After almost two weeks of trying to get them to call me back to schedule a mutually agreeable time, I gave up and called Cody's Plumbing. They came out the next day, showed me behind the wall that there was no leak at all. They charged me $250 to fix everything else on the spot within 1.5 hours.

Were right on time. Looked at the problem and gave me a few options with what they could do and the cost of each one. Knew what I was getting and what it would cost. I have had the problem with another faucet and knew their fee was right in line with other companies. Happy with this company.

They did everything and they were "A+" all the way across. They did a great job and I would use them again.

Price was extremely high for a basic replacement sink hookup. We had 2 new bathroom sinks to hook up with all the pre-existing (less than 5 yrs old) hardware available to re-install. We were told the hourly rate for the plumber was 249.00 an hour. I did not choose to use the service because of the price. The gentlemen who came were professional and timely but the price was to high for us.

My water heater was leaking. I called and was told they could send someone in 30 to 40 minutes. John and Kelly arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and replaced the water heater. They were professional and courteous. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

I made an appointment yesterday for a plumbing leak detection. The appointment is supposed to be today from 8-12. I took time off from work to wait for the serviceman. Now it is 11:50 AM, and I still haven't heard anything from them. I called the company, they said that he is probably gotten held off by his first job, but they don't show any professional courtesy by calling me and letting me know that they are going to be late. He said their policy is they will call 30 min before they show up so I don't have to wait for them. But my work place is one hour away and there is no way I'll be able to make it home in time. I cancelled the appointment and will not use them in the future. What a waste of time!

Kelly & Tyler came to provide a plumbing inspection and identified a number of issues. We worked to prioritize and complete above projects. Could not have asked for better service.

John came in and asked what the problem was and proceeded to perform a thorough diagnostic analysis. He offered our available options. He answered questions professionally and quickly. He was courteous, helpful and neat. We appreciate his work.

I called them to replace a wax ring on a toilet. They said 8am to noon they would arrive. When I called around 9am asking if he could give a better estimate of time, the guy said they would be there within 1.5 hours. They showed at 1pm. When they arrived, the gentlemen were professional and competent. However $225 (with Angie's List discount) seemed high to me, but I have never had this service done, so what do I know. Also had them replace a broken outdoor faucet that connects to a water hose (separate visit). Since I would be away when they were there, I gave them my payment info, so everything could be handled without me being further involved. Wow was I shocked when I received a bill for $291! The part is $10 at Home Depot, so I figured an extra $90 in labor for some cutting, pipe extension and possibly soldering for what should be a rather quick and simple task for a competent plumber. Called them and asked plumber to email me the reason for high cost. Never heard back.

Excellent service. They were prompt, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend Watermark Plumbing.

Yesterday, I started the day off with a phone call to Atmos. I smelled gas near our meter. Atmos came to inspect and indicated that we had a leak and that our gas service was to be terminated until the proper repairs were made. Atmos also discovered needed repairs on their equipment. I got on Angie's list and found Watermark Plumbing. They came to my home quickly. They remained on location despite the fact that Atmos' work needed to be done prior to their work starting. They completed their work yesterday evening and even returned to my home to assist with a call to Atmos to get our heat turned back on that same night. They really went the extra mile. Their additional effort resulted in us not having to go one night without heat which meant a lot as we have a young child. I spoke with another plumbing company regarding pricing and although the repair was expensive ($1K) I do believe their pricing was competitive if not better than their competition. Their representative was very professional! I highly recommend them!

This is the third time I have used them, they are always on time, and very professional. They won't over sell you on the repair and their prices are reasonable. They are in my Rolodex and will called the next time I have a plumbing issue.

They inspected the plumbing. Checked toilet for leaks and tested water pressure in home. Gave estimate on fixing issues they found. Very professional.

Patrick spent several hours going over all the systems in our house and found several items that need attention in addition to the ones we were aware of. We will be scheduling Watermark for most of the issues in 1Q14. The great part was that Patrick spent time helping us troubleshoot a faucet that had virtually no flow for several years, confounding our previous plumber. He went above and beyond to figure it out and fix it during the inspection. He also found the cause of a noise we had been hearing and couldn't figure out. A very worthwhile service to get your plumbing systems in tip top shape. We will be working with Watermark as our go-to plumber.

They were very polite and did a great job. They were efficient and I was happy with the work. They found a leak in my water heater pipe which I really appreciated.

Kelly & Taylor were on time, did a great job performing the 125 point plumbing inspection & water heater flush, with recommendation immediate replacement of 40 gal tank.
