Watermark Plumbing

The gentleman was on time, as soon as I explained the problem he knew what to do. He had to look inside de sheet rock and found the water head from the shower was broken and was leaking lots of water even while it was shot off . He fixed it and the problem was solve. approximately 45 minutes. Of course I ended up hiring someone else to fix the hole on the sheet rock, which was an additional charge of $ 60.00. Watermark also came back a second time to our house when we had a major leaking outside of the house, but they were very honest and informed us that the leakage was coming from the city pipe and the city was responsible for fixing it. I hope I don't have any more plumbing problems but if I do I have their business card at hand .

I called on new year's eve because our toilet started gurgling. I knew from previous experience that this meant our main line was probably clogged. They arrived in less than an hour and quickly cleared the clog and also used a camera to verify that nothing else was wrong with our pipes (other than being cast-iron and therefore prone to snag stuff like flushable wipes). Another plumber that we had used in the past for a different issue was unable to locate our outside cleanout, but Kelly found it hidden under a decorative rock. I will definitely continue to call Watermark for my plumbing needs!

They never responded after I sent an email with details of what I wanted. Disappointed.

The technician arrived on time, calling first to make sure we were still available and when he arrived was very professional and was able to complete the job same day and within two hours of arrival. Before entering the house he put covers over his shoes to protect our carpet. After completing the tankless water heater repair, we asked if he would replace a bathtub drain, and also check an issue with one of our toilets. He did this without an additional charge, although he did say that he would need to charge us if he were to break the old drain when it was being removed. Overall I'd say we were very satisfied with the service. While the tankless project was expensive, especially considering the parts were under warranty, the service cost was fixed which provided us with some comfort. Another plumbing company (which we chose not to use) indicated that the tankless repair might take 4 or 5 hours and their rate was $200 per hour.

Both master plumber and apprentice were professional. Toilet was snaked but did not find any clogs/stoppage. Continuously flushed toilet with reams of toilet paper to "test" the flow. However, seemed to want to remove the entire toilet from the floor which would have been expensive. Since overflow was fixed did not choose to remove toilet.

The bid was the about the same as other plumbers. They responded quickly. They gave them a list over the internet, they came in made a equitable bid. Did the work in an hour and left. All the work appears to be to the desired need. I was very impressed and happy with their work.

Jose rebuilt the valve in my shower to stop a slow leak. IIn doing so, due to corrosion, it broke off and took extra work in getting it out. Jose explained the whole process, let me know what was happening as he was fixing it, and was meticulous in cleaning up. Jose was professional, very nice to work with and gave me full explanations for all of the work he was doing, as well as suggestions for replacing my water heaters. I have additional work and am going to use Watermark, and Jose, again. I've had quite a bit of work done in my house lately, and Jose has been one of the best I've worked with.

Was responsive during the long Thanksgiving weekend when others were not. Sold good quality tank water heater at a reasonable price, quoted competitive installation. Other companies said expansion tanks and valves were required to meet code, they were not. The owner/sales person was honest and straight forward. The installation pair was very clean, punctual, professional, thorough in their work, and did an excellent job. I would recommend Watermark for anyone's plumbing needs.

Happy with service, plumbers were super nice. Cost of the project was slightly high however, we are happy that the sink is fixed and we don't have to worry about leaks.

What I like about Watermark and why I would use them again: 1) Very professional, explaining things so I can understand and discussing options with the price 2) Extremely tidy - they wear covering son their shoes when they walk on the carpets, and they clean-up everything when done 3) Experienced - I know it gets done right when they do it - have used them 3 times before

I tried to get an estimate to replace a water heater and couldn't.

This is the second time I have used Watermark. Their service and quality of work are second-to-none. I would highly recommend them.

I felt like they knew what they were doing. They showed up on time and did a good job while they were on site.

The work was done with practically no mess. The only problem is that it seemed to take quite a long time to get everything finished. It might have been unrealistic expectations on my part. But the work was excellent and there was no mess afterwards.

Since we have used Watermark before, with great satisfaction, we called as soon as we noticed water on the floor in our utility room. Watermark was able to schedule a service call within 2-4 hours. I met the plumbers at noon, same day. They determined what the issue was and gave me two options for a repair: 1) access through the internal wall, requiring the removal of the water heater and going through sheet rock; OR 2) access through the exterior brick, requiring removal of bricks. While the external access was a cheaper option, they did not have the ability to replace the bricks which would've required me to hire a mason at an unknown cost (at the time). We went with the internal access option and they were able to start work immediately. They successfully repaired the pipe, removed and a replaced the water heater, and provided me with full documentation (pictures, video of the leak, and descriptions) via email. The plumbers were courteous, punctual, quick to assess the situation and provide me with options. The work was completed to my satisfaction at a reasonable price.

When we got other estimates from other plumbers, the leak was located in a different part of the house. Watermark corrected this assessment and accurately located the actual leak, potentially saving us thousands of dollars and wasted time from a company incorrectly drilling into the wrong spot. Watermark was prompt and professional. They arrived on time and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, given the size of the job (~2-3 days). We were in a vulnerable spot (new baby at home, spouse on maternity leave) and Watermark was very accommodating. At one point, one of the plumbers even held and fed our newborn a bottle while my spouse attended to something. She felt totally at ease with them, enough to do this! We were totally satisfied with their workmanship and the issue has been totally resolved. Watermark was very diligent to document the issue and repair every step of the way with pictures, descriptions and video for insurance purposes.

Extremely professional, but a little high priced. They, apparently, ALWAYS send two people to each job. Cleaning out a shower drain doesn't seem to warrant two people, but I paid for having two people, anyway. But the promptness was worth the price - other companies I called couldn't come out for 2-3 days.

They were probably more expensive than they had to be but they kind of worked with us a little bit. The guys they sent out were very thorough and professional so I appreciated that. I'm not a plumbing expert so I can't really say what the quality was but it's fixed so I guess I'm happy with it. When they came out to see us they were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I may use them in the future.

It went well. The technician was very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Kelly came out to check gas lines for a potential leak. He checked manifolds and pressure tested all lines. Also checked stove top and confirmed that there were no leaks. I needed a plumber fast and was able to get a hold of someone at 7:30am. Kelly showed up at 9am & was done my 10 am

Kelly could have sold me a new water heater but was honest and told me I didn't need a new one, just new supply lines. I appreciate that.

Kelly was very punctual and professional. I would recommend this company again.
