 + -1 moreI called bestbuy first and they would take the 27in but not the 32 in. Since the city of Plano recommend United Electronic recyling company I emailed them. I got a fast response from Rebecca and she setup everything for a pickup a few days later for after 10am and said the driver would call before showing up. She even sent an invoice to be payed. That was the good. Now the bad. They never showed up up or called. I called the office around 4:30pm the day of pickup asking for a status. A gentleman assured me they would pick it up that day, but it was a no show. Stayed home all day for nothing (Friday) . I even was will to pay their premium of $170 to come get them. I called Junk Genius on Monday and he picked them both up for $130 2hrs after I called.
Description of Work: Needed two CRT TVs removed. A 32 in with a broken case with the tube intact and a 27in small console.
