Quick, professional and just Great!

I could not be more pleased with the work that TX Gutters performed. Owner Bianca was perfectly responsive to all my needs and worked with me closely to coordinate a higher insurance coverage that the insurance company initially offered. Great attitude and customer service professional. Installers did a great job and I consider myself to be a real stickler when it comes to pay for work performed and Bianca and TX Gutter performed admirably. They were not the cheapest quote I received but so please I selected TX Gutter. The painter, Ruth, did a meticulous exterior paint job and matches my new gutters perfectly. I would highly recommend Bianca and TX Gutter to anyone who needs this type of service..

We have gutters and carpentry work done for my house.I got compliments from people I don't even know and they all thought they have done an excellent work. The house looks new after the work is done. I am very happy withe their work.

Blanca showed up on time, was very professional, explained my options, and emailed me a clear detailed proposal. The price was very reasonable. Although I ended up contracting with a different company, the only reason was that I needed a special feature provided by the second company. Otherwise, I would not have hesitated to choose Blanca's company, and I recommend her.

Our 1981 gutters were useless and most of our fascia, soffits and siding were rotted. We had several estimates via Angie's List and TX Gutters (A-rated) won hands-down. Bonus #1: The owner Blanca was courteous and extremely thorough during our initial consultation. She's a great listener and I never felt like I was being pressured or bulldozed. Bonus #2: TX Gutters also does carpentry and exterior painting. They ended up replacing all fascia with Hardie board (yay! no more rot!), replaced quite a bit of our soffits, replaced a section of wood siding with Hardie Board, painted every square inch of trim and doors and the grand total was more than reasonable. Bonus #3: Every single person - from the guys who tore down the old gutters to the carpenters to Blanca's sister who single-handedly painted my entire house - were all SO FREAKING NICE. Each and every one of them were beyond courteous and went out of their way to check in with me to show me their progress, etc. And I have to say - their work is outstanding. You can really tell that the carpenters are craftsmen. And the gutters are gorgeous and water tight. Love the new paint on the house and can't believe one person did it all by themselves in such a short period of time. Definitely recommend this family company.

The install and quote process went great. Blanca is very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were not in a big hurry for new gutters but they were still able to get the install going within two weeks of us giving them the green light. They could have done it sooner if we had needed but I told them that was not necessary. Considering how backed up roofing and gutter people are in North Dallas right now because of all the storm damage, the time frame was very quick. We had an issue from the gutters the builder installed where a certain part of our home had so much water coming down it waterfalled off the roof and messed up our flower beds. Blanca and crew came up with a great solution for a small space which included a collection box that has totally fixed our problem. Nico,Blanca and the crew showed up on time on the scheduled day. We reviewed my expectations and their plans for the work. Despite intermittant weather challenges, they made steady progress and each day went over what was done and what was planned for the following day. During the process of removing the old gutters, it was discovered that there was facia board missing from behind where the gutter had hung. This had been done by the original builders 30 years ago. They could have easily just put up new gutters and not said anything, and I would never have known the difference. But the Liberatores are old-school and have pride in doing a job well. The missing facia was brought to my attention. After submitting an estimate for the additional work and materials to correct the problem, they went ahead on my OK and took care of it. Blanca was always able to present a couple of possible solutions for any problem that they encountered. Nico offered to change the trim on my back doors to more closely match the trim around my windows. I was not happy with what he did the first time, and he eagerly went back and changed it to where it now looks perfect! Throughout the entire job, I was always kept informed of what was going on with the job. My questions were welcomed and answered and I truly felt like a valued customer. Blanca and Nico are sincerely interested in pleasing their customer (me) and did whatever they possibly could in order to satisfy me. I am extremely pleased with the final results of both the gutter installation and the painting work that was done.

Excellent job from start to finish. Promptly returned the call for an estimate and made an appointment to come out within a week. Blanca & Nicolas were very thoughtful and careful in examining our existing gutter and made recommendations for improving the drainage. This wasn't just a simple remove and replace. They took the time to inspect the roof and designed the new gutters to work best with the layout. We could see the care that they put into the entire project from demolition to cleanup. The employees they had onsite were all pleasant and helpful to ask or answer any questions posed. Blanca was available to manage the project throughout and give direction. They even took advantage of the good weather and put extra resources on the project to complete ahead of schedule.

Blanca responded quickly to my initial request for an appointment. They showed up for the appointment on time and explained what they would do. They were responsive to my concern over the placement of one of the downspouts and suggested an alternative that worked better for me. They provided an initial estimate at that time, and confirmed the amount the next day. On installation day, they crew (2 men) arrived and began work. Blanca was on site most of the day, explaining what the crew were doing as the installation progressed. Despite some light rain, they were able to complete the installation in one day. The crew cleaned up all debris before leaving. The gutters and downspouts look great, and we are very pleased with the work TX Gutters did.

Made contact with Blanca and she asked me to email her my contact as she was driving. I did so. She called back to schedule an appointment for the following week. No call / No show. Found someone else.

We had a special area that required customized unusual parts to be made to fix the problem. It wasn't a challenge for them.very well pleased with the whole experience. Have already recommended them without any reservations or wondering they will treat our friends. Friendly owners friendly thoughtful crew.

I called to discuss what we wanted for new gutters. They provided information as to what was available along with the cost. An appointment was scheduled, and they were on time along with calling me to tell me that they were on their way. Again, we discussed my options. They then measured and stated that an estimate would be emailed, which was done promptly. The crew arrived on the date and time agreed ready to work. They worked very industriously all day and cleaned up very well any debris. My patio was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. A follow-up call was done to be sure that the work had been done as I had wanted. I am not expecting any problem, but I was told that I can call after a heavy rain to report if there are any problems and that any additional work would be done. It was a real pleasure to deal with such a professional company, and I would highly recommend them. They say what they can do, provide all of the necessary information for the customer to make the decision that is best for them, and then show up on the day scheduled and complete the work that day.

Texas Gutters replace all of my gutters, The hauled away all of the old. The people did an outstanding job of Cleaning up after I did not find One piece of old gutter, and new pieces. The installers did an thorough job, I'm so impressed on the job they did after installing of the clean up. these guys get an A+

The installers stated that they needed to install a small woodstrip on the back side of my house in order to install the gutters. The fascia boards were they installed the boards are now all going bad from water damage. I will have to have everything redone. These were nice courteous folks, but they obviously did not know what they were doing and have caused damage that I know have to spend more to repair.

I understand this is a very busy time of year. I understand that everyone in this business is swamped with work given the weather we have been having. This is what was causing the problem I had going from bad to worse. That being said, this company was the only one who acted like I was a valued customer. All communications were easy. There was no "leave a message and I'll call you back" to deal with. They were prompt for the scheduled estimate, and as luck would have it, my landscaper arrived a little before they did as the weather was about to get ugly again. Towards the end TX Gutters and the landscaper started talking and, by the time all was said and done, came up with a plan to solve our problem. The rain started early in the morning the day the work was scheduled. It finally let up about noon and they were out soon after to install the new gutters. The installers were amazing. They worked hard and fast, completing the installation sooner than I would have expected. Thanks for a great job.

They were very professional, an estimate was scheduled with in a day of purchase of the deal. We needed additional feet of gutters, and they were great at only telling us what we had to have, and did not try to push us to do the entire house. They were back out the next day to install the gutters, and the color matched the house perfectly. I was very pleased with everything, and would definitely use them again!

It went fine. Very fast service. Cleaned up afterward. No problems at all.
