I had all the specs from Internet research, so knew exactly what I wanted. After agreeing on a price, I paid 1/2 of the price quoted to me. After hearing nothing from them for about two weeks, I called and was told the computer was ready for pickup (no telling how long it was waiting for me). I paid the rest of what was due and brought the box home. I immediately knew something was wrong (I won't go into all the gory details) so I took it back. As it turned out, the 'store' was only open in the afternoons when the part-time high school technician was there. So I returned when he was there. I explained all the problems and he looked amazed that everything wasn't 'perfect'. I left the box with him and asked that it be fixed and to call back. After waiting another week, I called and talked to the owner who just happened to be there and he knew nothing about the transaction and my problems. He assured me he would look into the matter. Another week went by and I called. The 'business manager' was there but she, also, didn't know anything about my problem. It seems no one knew anything (or so they claimed) about the entire transaction. I picked up the computer, hoping to work on it myself. After about two weeks and no solution or call-backs, I went to the store and it closed up and the business was gone. So I took the computer to the Comp-USA store (now Tiger Direct) in Euless. It cost an additional $125 to get it to a usable condition. I was told that the computer was assembled in the worst possible way: unprofessional; no attention to detail with wires hanging loose; and the operating system not even working right. So . . . beware of these 'mom and pop' computer stores/businesses that take your money and run. Do your homework and patronize those who are recommended by a friend or family member. I learned the hard way!

Description of Work: I was referred by a friend to Trinity Computers as my computer was running very slow. I meet with the technician AJ and he explained that I had a virus in my system at one time it was taken off but left a lot of my programs to not work properly. There was no diagnostic fee charged. He backed up all of my files and reinstalled my entire operating system. Now my computer works like new! Very pleased to have it running fast again. The company allowed me to use a $10 off coupon for this service.
