Scheduling was a breeze, and they accommodated our timetable for installation without any hassle. Hugo and his crew did an excellent job with the installation, demonstrating expertise and efficiency. Even after the windows were installed, they went above and beyond by returning to paint newly installed trim, ensuring a seamless finish. But what truly stood out was the follow-up from Chris’s wife, Becca, who took the time to check in and ensure everything was up to our standards. This personalized touch added an extra layer of care to an already exceptional experience. The quality of the windows exceeded our expectations, and the craftsmanship was evident in every detail.
