+ -1 moreI thought my refrigerator went out so I called. He immediately answered the phone and headed over to fix it. Come to find out, my daughter turned it off by clicking the power button. So I called Charles back and told him. Charles was on his way at about 9:00 pm to fix it. He was super professional and I will be using him again this week to do a clean on the condenser as preventive maintenance.
Description of Work: set an appt to fix my broken Sub Zero.

+ -1 moreOur Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer stopped freezing and things were melting. We called him on a Saturday night about 9:30. Mr. Rose arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem, gave us our options and repaired the unit. He was very friendly and professional, He was done by 11:30 and the Sub-Zero is running fine. I highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: Cleaned coils, added freon, and repaired a leak.
