My only complaint was that he was running late and I had to keep calling to find out when he was coming. He could have called. He was very polite and didn't get frustrated with my two inquiries. It was a Saturday and I was his last client. He came in and replaced the spring (with two springs). I could see that he was very capable and very adroit at his work. He also fixed a crease in my garage door. He didn't oversell anything. I had him price a couple of garage doors for perhaps early next year. I went with the two springs in the event that I ever decided to replace my current door with a heavier door. Note: The only thing that I would remind everybody is get the warranty in writing on the receipt as it is not mentioned anywhere in his contract. I think he is pretty honest but one needs to cover the possibility he may sell his business or pick up partners, etc. P.S. - I was impressed enough with Sean's work to see if he was interested in doing some other work. He has been slow to respond to that. However, it should not detract from the quality of his work and reflect upon his professionalism.

As I am clueless about most home repair issues, I could've been easily taken advantage of. My technician was courteous, respectful, and honest. I will use them again for any repairs or replacement.

.Arrived on time and got started immediately. Father and son did the installation. They were friendly and worked quickly. Answered all of my questions. Very impressed with cleanup after both doors were replaced. New garage doors were adjusted properly so that they aligned. All old parts, were removed and garage was clean when they left. This contractor takes a lot of pride in his work. Recommend to anyone with garage door problems or is looking to get a new garage door. This work was performed on my father's house in Coppell.
