 + -1 moreAs stated previously, this is the third time TBS has had to come on site to remedy an issue with my garage door. Their affordable pricing and superlative customer service continues to make me a repeat customer.
Description of Work: 2011 represented the third time I've managed to muck up my garage door and cause it to come off its track and bend some of the door & railing components. 11/2011 was undoubtedly the instance where I thought that I had really mucked up the door beyond all repair and would be faced with an extensive repair bill. I immediately contacted Texas Building Supply (TBS) who indicated that they could have someone onsite that evening (7:00pm). To TBS, it wasn't in issue for them that it was dark and raining outside. The technician arrived as scheduled and was able to remedy the door issue within an hour. I was flabbergasted. Once again TBS, was able to provide terrific customer service, responsiveness, and great pricing. I'll be a customer for life.
