We've used Tadpole Pool Services for just over a year and we've been very pleased. The company was recommended by our pool installer. We met the owner, Jeremy, and he's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Our regular pool cleaner, Jeff, comes out once a week and cleans and adds chemicals. When necessary, another technician comes out for an additional cost to thoroughly clean the pool filters. The front office always calls first to okay the additional visit and subsequent cost.

Jeremy and his guys took care of our pool for almost five years (before they stopped doing Chemical only service) and were excellent. The guy that did our pool really had it down, we had no algae at all (we had gone through two pool companies previously before we found him). Would recommend Jeremy's company to anyone. Good people.

Their prices are good. I have used them for a long time. They are pretty consistent. If they can't make it on time then they let us know. They send the same person every time.

One of my neighbors had recommended them, and I've found them to be highly qualified, knowledgeable, and personable. Randy is my pool tech - he knows what he's doing and does a great job. My pool always looks fantastic. Highly recommended.

We are currently in the process of remodeling our pool and adding a hot tub. Our contractor sent Tadpole Pool Services out (price was rolled into our larger bid), and Roman is our service advisor. He was very professional and provided a thorough overview of the process that would have to occur over the next 4-5 days. I appreciated understanding the process and he provided a card to the office and his cell phone for any questions that arise. He also said that he would call us if his schedule changes through our process. In today's day and age, customer service seems to be a rarity, so I appreciated working with this company so far.
