They quickly installed and had three thermostats installed that was included in the routine maintenance.

My experience with them went okay. They were pretty good. I did not end up purchasing a thing in addition from them. I just asked them to do the one thing and it went pretty well. I think that he was there whenever I was not in the premises. It was quick and easy. They did the service as expected and it did not have any complications.

They did what they were supposed to do. I would call and verify before purchasing because I thought the unit was going to be cleaned as well which it was not.

I cancelled the service call because I found a better deal.

I was perfectly satisfied. Am calling them back for air conditioner this year.

Stuart is great! I had forgotten to make a call to have my A/C tune-up and Stuart called to remind me.....thank you! He came out a checked everything, and cleaned out the blower wheel that saved me having to call him later to get it done. Always does great work and I trust him. I highly recommend Stuart!

The technician arrived on time and worked on the A/C tuneup while another Angie's List service was being performed on a newer house in Allen that I had closed on the week before. In addition to the service purchased, he also helped to level the pad. He performed the tuneup efficiently and did not "find" any other issues that needed additional repairs.

Checked air conditioners. No work was needed. Stuart had to cancel the original appointment time so we rescheduled for another day. On that date, Stuart was late as the job right before me was taking longer. He did call both times to keep me informed of the situation.

Came in looked at the system, said we needed to replace a part and when I wasn't interested in doing that he closed everything up and left. In the past the service providers we have used have taken readings, provided us with the diagnostics, cleaned the system and the coils. This was a huge waste of money.

They came out last September and the guy that came out did a very good job on the service. Actually just within the last couple of days he replaced my furnace for me and I'm very pleased with his work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was really super. He cleaned it all up. We don't even have it on now. He got here on time and he called before he came. He explained to my daughter what he was doing. It is working really super. He was really a super guy. He was nice and he seemed to know what he was doing. The price was super.

He explained a lot to me, and did great job.

Had to reschedule twice, but made it out on the third attempt, did his checks on our system and recommendations on fixing whatever needs to be fixed

It went fine. I didn't have any complaints or problems. No additional charges. I would use them again in the future.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out just fine. It ended up being multiple services. Stuart got out there the day after I called him, which was good. I paid extra, as there were other problems to be sorted. This was the first time that we used them. We had issues since he replaced it, but he came back out and fixed it.

That was really wonderful and we really appreciate it. He found the problem and he was able to fix it immediately.

Stuart is very knowledge about HVAC units and tries to repair versus replacement. Extraordinary customer relations. Also scheduled adding new insulation. His work is reliable. We had a few hiccups on the timeline of getting replacement unit installed due to call load. We plan to use him for normal maintenance going forward.

It turned out fine. He did call right away after I purchased the deal. He was very thorough with the inspection. We had a mix-up with the scheduling. He was supposed to come on a Friday, but then he immediately scheduled for the following Saturday. But other than that, he was fine. I am going to ask him back to do additional work on the unit that he recommended. The pricing was fair.

He did everything within a reasonable period of time. It took him a while because he was kind of busy; it took a little bit longer than we had hoped.
