It went excellent.

i purchased 3 executive cleanings through a living social/groupon sort of promotion to have my 3 vehicles detailed. I loved that the service would come to me and I didn't have to schedule a drop off or pick up for each vehicle or sit and wait while the service was performed. The provider was somewhat limited in the available times (weekends only) which made booking a little less convenient than originally planned as this scheduling restriction was not noted in the promotion. For the first visit the provider called toward the end of the window to say he was running late and would be there 1-2 hrs after the window ended to start the vehicle (another 3-4 hours). After being home all Saturday waiting for our window, we had plans Saturday night so couldn't meet the provider later. The second time, a visit to do 2 vehicles, the provider didn't show up at all (no calls this time). We tried and tried to reach the provider but no luck. Again, this was more disruptive than I would have originally imagined as now we were stuck at home all day on a Saturday in case the provider showed up. With my husband and I working all week, we use Saturdays as 'errand' days and we couldn't get anything done (bank, dry cleaners, grocery shopping, haircut, etc) since we needed to be home with the vehicles in case the provider showed up later than scheduled. I called and left voicemail messages and email messages that day, but didn't hear anything back from the provider until a few days later. We rescheduled for the following Saturday and the provider showed up as scheduled and completed two vehicles. It was challenging to get in touch with the provider every single time. Eventually we were able to schedule the 3rd vehicle. Only having weekends open to scheduling was very limiting and then some weekends weren't available at all. So, the 3rd vehicle was done on 11/28. I had started calling the schedule the services on 10/10. I had no idea it would take weeks to schedule the service (since only weekends were available) and then missing a weekend booking delayed the process by at least another week. I didn't realize it would take 7 weeks from calling to finishing the 3 vehicles. Thus, I'm not comfortable recommending this provider. I was really excited about the service and thought it would be something I could do on a regular basis since we have 3 vehicles and it takes so much time to keep them clean. I envisioned using this service monthly or so, but since it took nearly 2 months just for the first round, this didn't seem to be a viable plan to use on a regular basis.
