Work was supposed to commence November 10,2009 and last 3-4 weeks. It finished up with last payment May 7,2010 and leaked badly within 2 weeks. Company responded but never fixed leaks and finally wouldn't answer phone. I was forced to completely resurface entire roof and pay my tenant $9,172.96 in damages. My $42,000 roofing job ended up costing me around $80,000 partly due to extensive damage caused by Statewide Roofing. Their Liability Insurance Certificate turned out to be BOGUS and their office turned out to be a residential home backing up to the freeway. I feel that all the references (5) I was given were also bogus.
Description of Work: Remove existing warehouse roof and replace with new surface and guarantee for 20 years.
