Work not performed. Never responded back.

Roofers were on time, performed all services, were polite, and cleaned up very well. Gutters were installed as scheduled - good service, good crew. This is the second time in 26 years that I've done business with this company - they were great the first time around and just as good this time. Would recommend them without reservations.

Roofers came early morning. the were polite and courteous when they arrived. They remove the roof and replaced it within a day. The clean all the excess debri from the yard. The next day manager came back out for us to inspect the work. Everything was done to our satisfaction.

This latest repair was just the most recent of many times we've done business with Roof Doctors. We had some damage due to the extra weight of ice that formed on the roof and they were able to come out and repair it pretty quickly. I don't remember how we stumbled onto Roof Doctors originally because it's been so long ago now that we started dealing with them, initially for minor repairs related to shingles being blown off in wind storms. Over time, unfortunately, our aging roof is needing repairs more frequently, and we always wind up using Roof Doctors. That's partly because back when our roof was still relatively new some other roofing companies would try to sell us on replacing the thing, but Roof Doctors never did. We do still get other estimates, but it's become something of a formality because Roof Doctor's prices have always been competitive, we've always been very happy with their work, and we feel like we can trust them. At this point our roof probably really does need replacing and it's extremely likely that we'll have Roof Doctors do it when the time comes.

It went perfect. We were having the house painted and a party to follow. I was very worried about all my plants getting stepped on. (We have alot of elephant ears and other easily damaged plants). The team was perfect no damage what so ever. They really did a beautiful job. The gutters all work beautifully and the house lloks wonderful. I must tell you, my expectations were exceptionally high. This is the 3rd time I have hired Roof Doctors and they never disappoint! Hugh is the BEST!

These guys were quick and thorough, they were priced competitively and we'd use them again in the future.

I bought an attic fan with a thermostat from Graingers. I called Roof Doctors at 8:30AM on 8/7/12. I shared with Greg, one of the owners, that I had an electrician scheduled to come over later in the afternoon and asked if it was possible to have someone come over in the AM. Greg said he would be in the area to do an estimate on another job and offered to come by and take care of installing the attic fan on the roof himself. I was please to see that he was able to work in a tight time frame and get the job done right, in 106 degrees. I would strongly recommend Roof Doctors, without any hesitation!

I have used Roof Doctors of Carrollton on my last 2 roofs. They are excellent. When we had the recent hail storm, Hugh (the owner), came by and sealed all the holes and covered the broken skylight immediately and ndash; before we even discussed the new roof. He helped me know what to ask for with the insurance company to make sure I received enough money to cover the many repairs we had to do (not just the roof). He also provided pictures and helped to cover broken storage buildings. The roof repair was extremely smooth. He has the same crew from 3 years ago (the guys have worked for him for over 10 years). They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves (covering the pool to make sure nothing went into it and watching out for the plants and flowers). The new roof, skylight, gutters and vents look great and there has been plenty of rain to test our new roof! I have and continue to highly recommend them for high quality work and excellent customer service. (5 star company - all the way!)

They were punctual for the estimate and the job. They delivered prompt service and I highly recommend them. I liked them and will continue to use the same in future.
