As smooth as silk. I hate that I don't remember the young man who came out, but he was excellent! 1st, he explained what to look for in a quality couch, sharing the difference in the top of particle boards often used. There is the mixed one that looks like a pressed hodgepodge and the better one the is solid. One of the reasons we chose this company is because they promised to do the job in our home, while two others we checked out said they'd repair our couch, but they'd have to pick it up, take to their shop, with delivery in 3 days. Our tech took 2 hrs and the couch is stronger than it ever was with the reinforcement and perfect alignment. I even like the techs background story of working as a teen for this company and eventually evolving and being trained to do the 1st class work he did for us. One day this young man will own his own. Well done, Restoration Plus. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend and use your service gain!

So easy to work with! My movers put us in contact after they broke two pieces of furniture. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They were kind, helpful and quick.

They were very good and they did great work. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

He was good. The manufacturer paid for it because it was damaged during their shipping. The guy was straightforward with us. He did let us know what his abilities were and what the final product would look like. He explained what level of restoration he could do. He under promised and over delivered. It looked far better than what he had described. He seemed a little pricey for what he did.
