Topper was the greatest! He gave us a free inspection, took pictures of all the damage, worked with our insurance company to get the best deal for us, explained everything to us, let us pick the Owens Corning shingles, showed up when the roofing crew arrived, and showed up when they finished to review it all. They accepted the insurance company's price on the roof. The old roof was removed and new roof installed all in 1 day and that included a thorough clean up. We are very pleased with roof and the quality of their work.

First let me say my ratings are primarily for the salesperson and not for the company itself, as I only spoke with them one time. I really like Nick Timm, the salesperson who came to the house. He was there from beginning to end and made sure I was satisfied with the job that was done. He was professional, kind, courteous, prompt, and very easy to reach if I had a question or concern. I was NOT pleased with the work of the subs they use-in particular, the person they hired to hang new fascia. Of course, he probably would have been OK if they had hired a knowledgeable company to tear down the gutter instead of having the roofing crew do it. The roofers ripped it down with a big pitchfork, leaving huge holes in the existing fascia, which then needed to be replaced. After the sub left that ripped down the old fascia and hung the new, I picked up 2.5 pounds of nails and lost two plants in my flowerbed from his crappy workmanship, The company cut corners by having workers do jobs that they aren't accustomed to doing, OR they were low bid. It cost them money in the long run and made the job run a lot longer than it should have. Be aware of what companies your roofer is using to complete certain jobs and research THEM as well. I should have asked more questions. The roofers themselves did an EXCELLENT job and I didn't find ANY metal or trash whatsoever. I love the look of my new roof and the gutter guys were excellent as well. Nick Timm is a knowledgeable and caring person and I knew I could trust him to be there till it was finished. He promised it would be the way I wanted it and in the end, it was.
