Hired this company to service an inground fiberglass play pool last summer. One entire month they failed to show up due to a mixup in the office. I was promised this would be removed from my bill, but it never was (or at least it was never documented on my bill). Many unreturned calls/messages left for them to help me understand the bill. I would pay in full one month, and then the next month I would have charges in the 60-90 day past due column. Any time I would actually speak to an employee, there would be apologies, assurances he would research the billing situation, and promises to call the next day. They never did. In June (2011) I finally told the company I couldn't pay on a bill that noone could explain to me. After two weeks of no service, the owner told me I didn't need to find another pool service, that they would be back the next scheduled service day, and would provide a researched bill. Another no show and finally get a call saying "the boss" made them quit because I owed money. The sub-contractor was punctual and did a good job each week. It is management's lack of organization that made this such an awful experience for me. By the way, five and a half weeks later I am still waiting for the updated bill. I hired another service that is charging $50 less per month and is way more professional. I keep postponing leaving this review because I hate to leave negative feedback for anyone. However, I feel other customers should know what they're stepping into. The mixup last summer had a very simple solution...credit one month. My calls had a very simple solution...just please return them. The way I was left waiting for service after being promised it was resolved, absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. AND ironically, the city was called to inspect my pool after the third week of no service (after being promised they would return so I wouldn't hire another service). Very nice.
