Description of Work: Elsa Partida dusted the walls and ceilings of my high ceiling house. She bought a duster on an extension rod at my request with her own funds. I offered to help pay for the tool but she declined. She also vacuumed the carpet where the dust fallout was heaviest. Addtionally, she cleaned 2 bathrooms top to bottom except for sweep and mop, and she swept & mopped the kitchen. She was fastidius with the bathrooms. Overall, the rate was approximately $30.00 an hour. She did a good job with short notice of 1 day so I tipped her $5. The bathroom chemicals were strong smelling for me & my scent hound so I had to air out the house while she worked. She was very nice.

 + 2 moreElsa provides cleaning services for my office. She is on time and does a great job. She comes 3 times a week. She does such a great job that I have now hired her to clean at my home bi-weekly. She is insured. I trust her to let her come clean while I'm at work. She's not afraid of dogs and that is a plus for me since I have 3.
