Excellent!

It was quickly apparent that they know their stuff. They were on-time, diligent, and hard working. They also went above and beyond by repairing a sunken slab under our pool equipment, and re-plumbing the PVC pipes to create a more efficient flow. Carlos, the Owner, was extremely helpful in advising us about repairs, design ideas, and cost saving measures. Pacific Pool Service impressed us so much that we decided to contract them to perform our weekly pool cleaning. We don't have to worry about them showing up or doing a great job; they are reliable, dependable and worth every penny.

Overall very professional and effective work.

I called Carlos on a Saturday with an emergency about my pool and he called his serviceman Martin who was at our house within 20 minutes. Martin cleaned, backwashed, and added chemicals to our pool to make it beautful and safe for our grandchildren to swim in. We were having a party the next day and Carlos and Martin saved the day!

We had just moved to Texas and our new home had a pool. Never having owned a pool, I called several companies for estimates about regular pool maintenance services. Initially, Carlos seemed knowledgeable and professional; however, this changed when we decided to enter into a services contract with him[Pacific Pool Service]. When I began questioning his 'hidden fees' and 'charges' he became rude and threatening and would not return documents with my personal data at first request. Carlos' behavior grew extremely unprofessional and frightening while in the presence of my wife and 4 year old child. In the end and in our home, he violently tore up the documents I requested returned from him that had my personal data. I would definitely not recommend Carlos or Pacific Pool Service, let alone give them access to your pool/home.

I called Carlos from Pacific Pools after finding him on Angies List. He was able to squeeze me in the next day to take a look at my problem. I thought I just needed a DE filter clean but Carlos found a bigger problem once he got into my filter and was able to fix it. I wasn't able to be home but he called me a few times to let me know what he found and what needed to be done. He did an excellent job! I will be calling him again in the future for any pool needs. great job Carlos!!

Work performed as recommended without delay. The owner actually talks to you and outlines with needs to be done without pressue and fear tactics. All previous compliments for this company were spot on. I personally will recommend this company.

I had been servicing my pool myself and had problems with DE settling on the pool floor, murky water that foamed, and constant problems with my polaris. I spent a small fortune on chemicals suggested by "experts", yet hated dumping so many chemicals in my pool. They didn't seem to make things better. I didn't want to contract another pool guy because previous providers didn't show up (and still billed for services), didn't fix things that needed fixing, didn't notify me if problems existed and were outrageously priced. Since joining Angie's List, I decided to try Pacific Pools. Carlos is great. He fixed problems created by others (myself included) and had my pool up and running within hours. This includes running to the parts store for things that weren't in his truck. He's a good guy, personable and gives realistic advise (i.e., he told me why it's important to cover the filter). I decided to sign up with Pacific Pool for weekly servicing.

So far I have had a very positive experience with Pacific Pools; Carlos and the young man that does my weekly pool service. I will use them for all of my pool needs.

They are doing a nice job, and have been super-responsive when pool issues have arisen (not related to anything wrong that they have done -- just things breaking, etc.). This service has been very good.

Carlos handles all the difficult pool cleaning and repairs. His assistant is great for weekly service and spotting problems. They often called us about a problem before we had a chance to call.

I have been using him for many years and he is efficient, effective, and convenient. He does everything that I need done.

They are great. They do what they say they are going to do and he does it right every time. I would highly recommend them to others. They charge us monthly.
