It was great! Very pleased. They were on time and professional.

They're great. It's the best experience I've ever had and I've recommended them to my friends. They're very professional. The owner was very knowledgeable. He also did a low calculations on our house which other companies didn't go through this step with us.

Wonderful job, and assured me that the rebate is going to be applied, they inspected and they did an excellent job. The inspector even commended that I did a great job on the system. They knew what they were doing.

Have seen 50% reduction in electric bills since the replacement. Yes, my bill went from $750 last August ( 2016) to $298 this August (2017). Even better was the job the team did in installing. On time, professional. I couldn't recommend these guys more. Don't go anywhere else. Russel's integrity is above reproach.

They were here; they were good. It's been a few months back, in the Winter. I would grade him a B overall because he had to come back. What stood out to me about the experience was the fact that they were here really quickly and it was a Sunday morning. For responsiveness, A; he was here pretty quickly.

Donnie was not only on time, but called to see if he could come a little early since he was in the area. How nice of him to call. He was courteous and introduced himself at the door. He slipped on shoe protectors before he came in. He did the work efficiently and thoroughly and I feel comfortable with his recommendation that everything is fine to begin the installation of the new roof! No lines will be in the way in the attic!

It seemed like the service was geared towards finding other issues with my HVAC system so that they could get more work from me. They did the tune-up on one A/C unit, but had trouble adjusting the thermostat without the operating manual.

I went very well. North Texas Air replaced all central air/heat units. Originally they estimated 3 days to complete however the crew worked late the 1st day which allowed them to complete the work in 2 days. They did an excellent job on the installation as well as cleaning up the inevitable mess made during the installation.

Everything went very well, crew showed up as scheduled and worked diligently to complete the removal of old units and installation of new ones.

They are good to work with. Their prices are reasonable. They are efficient, polite and professional. I have no issues with scheduling an appointment.
