Description of Work: The company never returned my 2 calls

Description of Work: Repaired chimney and build a new mailbox. Roger tried several combinations until he successfully matched the brick on my older home. He was professional and his work is of exceptional quality.

Description of Work: I hesitate to give this company an "F" because I have no idea of their work product capability. I left my name, cell phone # and location with description of what I wanted done and asked that I be called to discuss it further. It's been over a week and I still have not heard from anyone. For me, that alone convinces me not to use them. Maybe that's a little harsh, but I would never treat a potential client in such a cavalier manner.

Description of Work: They took care of the brickwork on the front of my house.

Description of Work: I emailed this man as he suggest, he NEVER got back to me. I emailed him again asking him if he were interested in my business...he never replied!!!

Description of Work: Never showed up to give estimate to repair my mailbox.

Description of Work: Terrific job. Monte was very reliable, came out to the house, and got the job done, same day. Really appreciated working with him and would highly recommend him to others needing brick repair.

Description of Work: Would only come out if we paid a $75 fee for the estimate. He would apply it to the work, but like most people we wanted to get 2 or 3 estimates. He was the only company that we called that charged for the estimate. We are using someone else. He said if he ran around giving everyone estimates he wouldn't get any work done. Has anyone ever told him that to do business you have to give out prices?????? If you're a reputable company with fair prices, you won't need to charge for estimates.

Description of Work: Repaired cracked mortar in several places (garage door, front entry seams and bay window seams) including cleaning old mortar smears from previous repair done by previous owner. Reset some loose brick in front entry area.
