All the work was done successfully and in the time frame that was projected. I have been up and running ever since with no more problems. Having Lee as an resource over the years has been like having an on-demand, professional IT department at a very reasonable cost. He has helped me select computers, related equipment, and software. He set up and tweaked my wi-fi network, troubleshot functionality issues that arose due to my inexperience and mistakes I made trying to fix things myself (like this episode). He even got rid of a ransomware threat for me a few years ago. I can't speak highly enough of his knowledge and professionalism. He can do anything I have ever needed done with respect to computers and IT related issues. And he is a straight shooter.

Over the years we have used Lee Ferguson for all issues related to computers. Our most recent jobs with Lee were to install a new computer and a mesh network for our house. Everything went very smoothly and both the new computer and the mesh network work perfectly. Lee is a real professional and is very easy to work with. Lee answers questions so that people who are not computer savvy can understand what the problem is or what he is doing. The other thing I must mention about Lee is that he is always available to answer questions. When you call Lee and your call bounces to his voicemail he returns your call most every time within an hour so you are never left hanging. Overall, Lee is a very good communicator. We have recommended Lee to several friends for personal work as well as nonprofits and they are all extremely satisfied with his work. Bottom line is that Lee does well in any environment. All in all, we HIGHLY recommend Lee for any type of computer problem, repair, installation of new equipment, etc.

Lee is extremely responsive and troubleshoots whatever the problem is. If he doesn't immediately know how to repair a problem, he is very astute in researching what needs to be done. He delivers what he promises in a very timely fashion - much better than leaving a computer at a big box store and having them ship it off to be repaired.
