Overall we were happy with JCG renovation. They did a lot of work for us. Some projects were handled better than others. Our master bath is beautiful and done very well. We did appreciate Joseph making any error right in the end. Some crews were small so took a bit longer than expected. They are fairly priced and seek to do good work, just a few minor areas of improvement but overall we would recommend.

Very professional; good communication; clean execution

I hired JCG to renovate a primary and secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom was a tub to shower conversion and included replacing the tile flooring. The primary bathroom replaced the tile floor, the tile shower, and removed a drop-in bathtub replacing with a freestanding tub. Both conversions required drains to be moved but the drain in the primary bathroom needed modifications to the concrete subfloor to relocate the drain for the new bathtub. JCG made some good recommendations that we really liked while doing both remodels and their focus was on quality. Being professional contractors, they've seen a number of updates to homes and they brought experience to our remodel. The secondary bathroom had a challenge that was caused by the original builder of the house. There was an issue with the shower framing that would require the studs to be torn down and reframed to completely correct the issue. JCG's crew made recommendations to work around the imperfections from the original house builders and made the conversion look great! This team has an eye for quality! They accounted for unexpected issues and still made the end results look great. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous every time they were in our house. Completely happy with both our bathrooms and will call JCG again when we have work to be done next year!

It was verygood and very reasonably price. They were friendly and was able to finish the project in a day. The price were affordable and they work very fast.

It went really well. Old house, all plumbing was redone.and both upstairs remodeled with all fixtures replaced. Even hot water tank when it went out. Thankfully that was in the garage. Next house we bought had a bit needed done. Both outside spigot replaced, and inside again new plumbing, commode and fixtures. Newer house did have 2 bigger inicents. Sewer line went out due old piping and then year later water line damaged due to tree root. But they were both replaced and work great. All done in a very acceptable timely manner. Very little family inconvenience. Next project, soon another hot water heater. For many years nothing, not one, plumbing project developed a leak anywhere. Parts did go out a couple times, but parts can fail. His work never did. That is one thing I can rely on and never worry about. And one other thing is that, depending on work I suppose, was fair in his pricing and explained things as he went. Took photos of start, during, and after. We have some small in house projects to be considered next and will be calling. I had the pleasure of visiting a family that their kitchen redone. It was out of a magazine. Do I recommend? Emphatic YES. If you're reading this far, you already missed making your appointment with him. Next project

I needed to replace an old gas hot water heater. I had tried several other plumbers who claimed to give me an estimate, but then never showed up. Joseph Guardino showed up, got the job done well, quickly and at the price he quoted. Excellent job, and will definitely call again in the future. Have recommended him to others too
