DO NOT USE THEM! We were refused business because of our Jewish last name. The supervisor acknowledged that as the reason!!! They are antisemitic and discriminatory! Despicable ownership. It's extremely saddening to be judged as such. Sick people!

DO NOT USE GLASS DOCTOR! This company lacks integrity and refuses to return calls/emails when something goes wrong. Read the reviews in here, I am not alone... My story: I was driving down the road when a pane of glass on a Glass Doctor truck shattered. The shards struck my vehicle and cracked my windshield. I called the next day and was put through to Kevin who assured me he would call back. He did not. After two weeks of unreturned voice messages, I sent an email to them requesting that I get my windshield replacement on the schedule. Finally, I got a call from the sales guy. He put Kevin on who was unapologetic for the lack of a call back over the past 2 weeks. Kevin's response was 'the glass doctor truck that I took a photo of was not carrying the type of glass that would cause this kind of damage.' Ummm.. WHAT!? Kevin refused to provide their insurance info ("as standard policy") and insisted that Glass Doctor was not responsible for the incident because I don't have video evidence of the event. This experience was appalling on so many levels! Recommend you take your business elsewhere. Note that I will delete this review if Glass Doctor owns up to their negligence.

Poorly. When no one had shown up 30 minutes after the appointment time, I called to find out what the problem was and when they would would arrive. The man answering he phone said he didn't know what the problem was and when he did find out he would call me. I said, didn't the workman have a cell phone. For some reason calling the workman on his cell phone was not an option. I then left for an appointment. I will not use this company in the future. They lack a common courtesy and reliability.

They had to order a part and returned about a week later.

That was professional prompt courteous and very reasonable on price.

Everything was done on time for the price quoted, which was less expensive than the quotes I got from several other top-rated glass companies.

Disappointing experience. My back glass door was damaged by a rock, shattering the glass panel. I was ok with the $100 estimate charge to be applied to the repair. At first he offered to clean up the glass, but then refused to clean up the glass unless I committed to the job, and I had another bid request pending. If he had cleaned up the glass, I would not be complaining, because that would at least be something for the $100 estimate. My 2nd bid came in at 1/2 the price of Glass Doctor and 1/2 the turnaround time. Even with the $100 I paid Glass Doctor, I"m better off. The Ops Manager of Glass Doctor called back, refunded my money and offered to come back and clean up the glass. I'm upping this to B+ for their professional approach to resolving my complaint.

This was a great hassle free process. I sat my appointment up on line and the installer that came out was on time, measured the windows, gave me a quote, I paid half down and then two weeks later I had professionally installed brand new glass. I had contemplated having new windows installed but this solution was a third of the price and Glass Doctor was very professional.

Despite two emails on this esteemed website, I have not heard back from the Glass Doctor. We need a specialist to administer a dose of responsivess to this Glass Doctor. If this person was a real doctor then many seeking his care would be dead by now based on a pattern of lack of response. Thank God, he only attends to inanimate objects of glass

Replacement window pane installation went very quickly and very well

The team that they sent out was awesome. They were punctual, courteous and did an amazing job.

Had I known it was that inexpensive for screens, I would have done it sooner. Great group of people.

I relaxed in a very comfortable waiting area. They put a protective cover around the edges. I left it there for the time they specified. It never leaked. The process was easy.

Technician was fast, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I also like their 12 month free replacement if I get another crack.

I did not use the service. I did have an on-site estimate when I was asked to pay $100 when I received the estimate. I realized that I simply could not afford their price of hanging a mirror. I informed the installer who had called to schedule my appointment that I could not afford the service. I could not get my downpayment back. I understand the explanation of why I could not (company policy); I was just surprised that they had no flexibility.

Came same day and had the window replaced within 3 hours of the call.

Just some mix ups on their part for appointments. Then estimater ordered glass and said about 1 week. Three weeks later they called to install.

The actual pane replacement went well. Their responsiveness was not up to par. I experienced several issues with scheduling. They failed to return my emails and phone calls on several occasions.

Technician was prompt and got the job done as expected. Cleaned up afterwards. Very courteous. Price was a good value. Overall happy.

After an hour, I called back and was told "I'm sorry. They will call you right back." It's now 7 days later and no call. It's unbelievable and I've never experienced this poor callbacks in my life. I never right bad reviews but be aware of their A rating here. I have a feeling thy use an answering service and make up this whole "dispatcher" reply

This was a difficult job and we were pleased with the results.

I called the Glass Doctor main number and was told someone would call me to schedule an appointment to come to my house. I waited a couple of days and I never received a call from anyone from Glass Doctor. I called them back and the rep on the phone apologized and said she would remind the person to call me. That was two weeks ago...still waiting! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! I'm so glad they're so busy, they don't need my business.
