+ -1 moreVery Bad. Totally unprofessional people work here. gave me price for a window size, came to measure and my window was smaller then the size but the estimate was double of what was quoted. When I asked for an explanation, said go somewhere else. Cannot speak to anyone and a total waste of my time. That is why the charge you and how they make their money.

+ -1 moreThe windows were put in our new construction home. It has almost been a year, and we have had nothing but problems with the windows. They had to tear out the brick and replace all of our windows in our house after trying to fix the problem of loose glass twice and failing. After getting all new windows, we did not expect to have any more problems. Wrong! There were 10 brand new low e windows that the seal was broken. We have had that glass replaced and got replacements with scratches in between the glass. We have more glass on order now and are waiting for replacement. I even had one of the company employees tell me I needed to stop looking at my windows. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING GA WINDOWS. I will never buy another house with GA windows in them.
Description of Work: Replaced original defective GA windows and have replaced glass on several windows for failed seal. Still waiting on more glass. Even though this is under warranty, I have wasted many, many hours of my life on this.

+ -1 moreTHE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROMPT AND EFFICIENT IN INSTALLING THE LARGE DOUBLE PANED WINDOW. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL IN SCHEDULING THE EVALUATION AND REPLACEMENT.
Description of Work: A 5' X 5' WARRANTY REPLACEMENT WINDOW WAS INSTALLED DUE TO A FOGGED WINDOW IN THE MASTER BATH.
