Description of Work: repair outside fascia of house, replace gutters, paint outside of house, revarnish front door and replace back patio door with a new custom door.

Description of Work: I returned from out of town and my a/c was out. I called Four Seasons and they had a guy here the next afternoon. The fan motor was out. I paid $800 for the replacement fan motor which they picked up and installed later that same day and then I paid another $180 for an additive called A/C Renew.

Description of Work: They replaced a 27 year-old AC and gas heater. While here, they also ran ductwork to a sunroom that wasn't air conditioned and adjusted the air flow throughout the house.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. The man stayed about an hour or so and checked out our A/C systems. He was thorough, professional, friendly. We have used this company for many years and have recommended them to our friends.
Description of Work: Routine maintenance. We have a service contract w/them and they come out twice a year to check on our systems.
