+ 0 moreThis is an unethical company with no professional values. The Sales person Carlos gave us a estimates with carpet samples which he brought to our house . Then was followed by text from Matthew(Matt), the owner with the same price which was given by Carlos . So we decided to go to their showroom to see if they had different colors of the same carpet Carlos brought to us. Matt was their we asked him about the carpet samples which Carlos brought he said that was expensive carpet Carlos did a mistake, he does not know his products well , he showed us rug like carpet for $2.69 , My wife told me this looks like a Con company they just to show you different quality for samples in your home , and install third quality carpet because some people think they are getting good deal and pay them deposit , they are stuck with them . I strongly recommend not to get any estimates or give down your deposits or never choose this company FIRST US FLOORS located in Carrollton,Texas
