Service Rep was professional, technicians new what to do, just a little trouble with a few things. After calling their support service, everything went ok. Took a little longer then expected. Thought it was funny that they recommend replacing the pad the old unit was on, All they did was put the new pad on top of the existing pad. Not sure what difference that makes. Old pad level and in good shape. Price seamed a little high but couldn't go wrong with type of unit (Complete system Electric A/C & Heat w/Heat pump).

We had several other repairs planned after our HVAC unit was installed. So we gave the crew a few special instructions and all but one was ignored. Several times my wife had to call me because the crew ?wanted her to make sure I was okay with X.? They also causes more work for my electrician because, the wiring in the attic is now cover with plywood instead of putting the wiring on top of the plywood. Decent value, nice over all, unit works as intended. Would look for other opinions but not opposed to using this Pro again.

I contacted them, they responded very quickly, made an appointment. They came out on time, performed the work and got my AC units tuned up and had them running again in less than an hour. Very easy transaction. Very professional.
