It didn't go well.

There was not much aeration done but the overseed seems to be producing significant new growth in an evenly dispersed pattern.

I provided three date spanning 3 weeks allowing 4 weeks for the work to be scheduled. No arrangement was made after 4 weeks. I contacted the company for a follow-up response. The return phone case was never made. After a week of further waiting, I cancelled the service. I paid and scheduled the service on Feb 27, 2017 - cancelled the order Apr 3, 2017.

Great service, I will use again in future.

It went great. They were very responsive to my emails. Set a day and were out here during the time frame they discussed.

Quick, punctual however it seems the patch of lawn by the street wasn't aerated . Otherwise everything went well

Service was prompt on initial service (what I purchased). The front lawn was fertilized and a weed killer treatment done. However, I had my back yard gate locked so the technician could not do my back lawn. After the technician was complete with the front lawn, he rang the door bell which I answered (ring.com). I arranged with the technician that if he came back on the 20th the back yard could be fertilized and weed treatment done. After calling in to Doctor Green on 3/17 to verify that someone would be out to my address on 3/20, I find out by chance that my account was put on hold until after the 20th. I never put my account on hold. I was really turned off by this action. Also, on 3/17 the Doctor Green representative tried to correct this "on hold" and told me someone would be out on the 20th and no one ever showed up. I have cancelled the remainder of my deal, and cancelled all lawn treatment services as well as the newly added tree and shrub service as of today 3/21.

They came, they saw and the apparently conquered for I have NOT seen the typical weed infestation of previous years!

The service tech did call me before arriving saying that he would be at my home in 30 minutes, but I expected to at least receive a knock on my door. I never knew he was here. About 20 minutes after his call I was waiting downstairs for his arrival when I finally heard something outside. When I walked out my front door he was reeling up the hose into his van. According to my security cameras, he apparently arrived 16 minutes after his call and hurriedly rushed through my yard. ( I watched his less than professional service on 10 of my security cameras as he sporadically & haphazardly sprayed small portions of my yard ) He gave me a VERY brief (20 seconds max) explanation as to what he did and left. 3 days later, some areas containing Dollar weed are dying, but there are large areas right in the middle of those dying areas where the Dollar weed & Dallis weed is alive and healthy with no signs of withering leaves or stems. It's obvious, in both the results & HD security video, the yard was not treated completely as advertised. Also, none of the Nut grass is dying at all. Afterwards, I researched reviews for Dr. Green online. Needless to say, they have a one star rating with Yelp. Most of the complaints are the same as mine. They tried to get me to order the full year's worth of service, but I told them this would be a test treatment and that I would give them 2 weeks for the results of that one treatment. If it was satisfactory, I stated that I would call back. I can say with no hesitation, there will be no call back for further service.

The company was easy to work with and performed the service punctually. They emailed me the day before the service would be performed and let me know when it had to be rescheduled. My only complaint is that they have not gotten back to me when I asked about a quote on the service below their highest tier.

Dr. Green has taken care of our lawn for two seasons. The consistent service has made a noticeable difference. They call me ahead so that I know when to expect a technician. The technician leaves instructions how to make applications most effective. I can save more money by prepaying for the service.

Weed control, lawn improvement went very well! Need work on improving notification when visits are to occur! Renewed for another year with promise notification would improve.

Service is excellent. We signed up for the remainder of the year. The first treatment was for weed control and fertilizer. Our lawn isn't thick so the effects of the fertilizer werent noticed immediately but the weed control killed 90% of my weeds on the first application. I also requested the aeration and overseeding in the fall. The guy came out and took his time with the aeration(lots of holes) and overseeded winter rye. It came out wonderful!! My neighbors have asked me how have I kept my grass green during the winter.

Great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They were fast, very knowledgeable and effective, my yard is the greenest it's ever been!

I have been using Dr. Green for 3 years now and my lawn always looks great.

I bought an introductory 2-step fertilizer and weed treatment from Dr. Green to be used in our back yard. About a week after the first scheduled treatment I noticed the weeds were still multiplying (in the back) so I called the main office. I was told that the gate to the back yard was locked so he couldn't get access, so they treated the front. The gate was not locked. The office apologized and said they would send him out again. I don't know what happened or why but he treated the front - not the back - again. Approximately one week later the grass in the front yard became discolored. Within another week the grass in the front died. I called the office again at which time they promised to get it right this time. By now, however, I thought it in our best interest to tell them to never come back because they killed the grass in the front yard while the weeds in the back continued to spread. Consequently, we had to hire a landscaping company to see if they could fix it. We will know this Spring whether or not the grass will come back or if we will have to lay sod, thanks to Dr. Green.

Dr Green has helped my lawn recover from a bad experience with Scott?s Lawncare where Scott?s came out unanounced about a week after Dr Green had applied their first treatment. (I had used Scott?s the year before with some problems that caused me to look elsewhere.) My lawn has now come back nicely with Dr Green?s help. Their people are pleasant to work with and flexible. One time, I was getting ready to over-seed when they came to do a lawn treatment and at my request they omitted the pre-emergent treatment. Their insect control seems to be working well. I have had very few fire ant infestations this year and the three I have seen were much smaller than I have had in prior years. They are less pricey than Scott?s and do a great job. We work from home. One office up stairs the other office down stairs. We also have neighbors whom work from home and have some retired neighbors and stay at home moms. I received a report from a neighbor while we were traveling on vacation, watching from her my lawn care service, she reported that they drove up, put a note on my door and drove off, performing no work. This neighbor is a retired school teacher and like a second mom. So, I became suspicious and watched the next treatment, a young gentleman exited the Dr Green Van, placed a note on my door, placed a sign on the yard. Put the car in drive and proceeded to drive off? I opened the door, looked at the note, he put the van back in park, and yelled out the window, I wasn?t leaving I was just making a call. I called to make a complaint, every time I call they are experiencing high call volumes, so they prefer you leave a message. I finally get a call, but it?s not about my complaint, it?s about my bill. I explain to the young lady, I haven?t paid the bill because I received a charge for something I didn?t ask for. She took my complaint that my yard doesn?t look like I have a professional service. I asked that someone come by and knock on the door, so I can show them areas that I?m concerned about. The gentleman came by treated the yard and never knocked on the door. So I stepped out and showed him the areas I was concerned about. Final Straw Today, A young man drives up, and places a note on the door, knocks lightly and he places a sign in the yard. We?re both on conference calls so we shouldn?t step away to see about a $47 dollar service. Mind you we?re on high alert and watching to see if he performs any treatment. He did nothing, he drives off, I call to make the complaint and I?m told that he probably performed the service so fast, I just didn?t see it? the service rep tells me this 3-4 times. He does apologize, my point to him, my neighbor told me your service did that, and I?ve witnessed it now for myself alongside my better half. So both of us didn?t see him perform the service? Needless to say I called and cancelled.

The price was not excessive and we were living with our daughter and I figured that I would get her yard done for her. I noticed and improvement and actually had to mow more. At the time the price was right, so I figured why not try it. I would probably use them again, but right now I do not have any reason too. They called up right away and responded quickly. We had to reschedule the second time, they left a note for me. We had left our dog in the back yard, so that was my fault. I thought that it was very professional for them to leave that note and let me know that they had been there.
