+ -1 moreDerrick was excellent. I found him on Facebook and he was able to come out the same day I called. He was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and most of all, fast! Once he completed the job he cleaned up the workspace and even stuck around to walk through my home to discuss other projects I need to complete. His service, pricing and quality were so outstanding that I just booked him today to come out this weekend and finish out my media room! I can't say enough great things about DC Media. The prices are so reasonable I was blown away when he provided me estimates for the services we discussed. If you don't give him a chance you are crazy and missing out!
Description of Work: Mounting of a 55" flat screen television and sound bar with wireless subwoofer.

He responded within minutes & provided me a quote which included concealed wires & a tilt mount. He arrived promptly SAME DAY at 7pm & had the job completely done within 30 minutes perfectly. Extremely professional & personable. I will refer everyone who needs their TV mounted to him. A++ service!

+ -1 moreThe service was excellent from first contact until the job was complete. I highly recommend DCMedia to anyone needing TV/Media services.
Description of Work: This was the best service I ever had from a tv/home theater installer. He was prompt in returning my call and scheduling an appointment, that was the very next day! He contacted me prior to arrival to let me know he was en route, and arrived on time for the appointment. He was very professional, very polite, and was dressed in attire to represent the company. That may not be important to some, but for me it is and I was very impressed with him identifying the company he is representing. From start to finish, I was in awe...once he saw the equipment and knew where I wanted it, he measured the workspace, installed the bracket, made very neat holes in the walls to hide the wires and covered the holes, then mounted the TV in less than 45 minutes! The clean up was just as fast, he had the area vacuumed and trash put aside before I could reach in my purse to pay him! I am very satisfied with the work and the professionalism, so I will definitely use DCMedia again and refer him to everyone who needs media services.

+ -1 moreHe consulted first on appropriate positions for th camera. He mounted the camera and the wiring was laid out. Connected it to the DVR , set it up and the mobile app. He did the same in 4 hours that he had quoted for.

+ -1 moreI love my new setup! No cords are seen to clutter my space. Derrick mounted my 75" tv and soundbar for me. He arrived on time and mounted it exactly the way I wanted, clutter free space. Great experience with this company. He was punctual and friendly! Definitely recommending to my friends and family!

Description of Work: He mounted a 65 inch tv with mount included and the wires were hidden. Not only was Derrick courteous and punctual but he was also fast and efficient. Will definitely hire him for future projects.
