+ -1 moreDallas Playsets did a wonderful job. We are so pleased with the new addition to our yard! From the initial contact with Dallas Playsets I was given great customer service and communication. They were efficient and more importantly safe about reassembling this playset. As it was an older, used, set there were spots that had rotted out and I was given several options for fixing or removing these areas. They were able to take care of all of the issues and help us get a safe unit for our family.

Description of Work: I purchased a gorilla treehouse playset and installation from Dallas Playsets. I was really looking for a turn-key and painless solution for selecting and installing a safe playset in our backyard. Dallas Playsets came out to our home, surveyed the backyard and worked with my wife and me to select the playset right for us. I had already researched them and priced the product only at places like Costco. While I could have purchased the equipment only and installation services for 15% to 20% cheaper, I again wanted a turn-key solution with no hassles. I'm glad I did this as the manufacturer shipped the product directly to my home, but during installation found out that one of the key parts was missing from the packaging. Dallas Playsets followed up and came back out with the missing part and finished the job in an excellent fashion. | |Again - if price is your first concern, they may not be the best choice. If getting it done right and not trying to save $200 or $300 in the process is where you are, I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Dallas playset people were professional, courteous and on time. They came out to provide a free estimate. They adjusted the installation to be ok on a slope. I also had the fence stained with them, which was also a smooth experience.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job! They arrived on time, before I had to go to work (which was appreciated) and got to work right away. I am not sure how long it took them, but when I got home 6-7 hours later they were gone and the playset was all assembled. They leveled the ground so the playset sits flat, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone that need this service done. They were also cheaper than the competition in DFW. It's a win-win!

He provided me with a detailed written estimate and performed the work within a week of scheduling it. He did a fantastic rehab of the fort and ground beneath, and the price came in below estimate.

+ -1 moreIt went great. Austin provided me with a lot of helpful information and answer a lot of questions via phone and email before we ever decided which playset to go with. His estimate for the work was accurate. They did a great and timely job removing the existing grass, laying down weed control fabric, installing the playset, installing a border, and filling with several inches deep of pea gravel. It looks great! I'll definitely contact them in the future if I have any maintenance needs or need anything else done.
Description of Work: Dallas Playsets assembled a Gorilla Great Skye II playset in our backyard. They also built a large ground cover area with a border and filled with pea gravel.

+ -1 moreAustin and his team showed up around 9 and were out around 11. Yes, only two hours! Amazing how fast these guys worked. Here I was thinking my kiddos would be playing on the swing set this evening, and they were on it before lunch! After the job was completed he walked me around the playset to show me somethings and advise me on how to care for it. Very knowledgeable. On top of all this, the price came in $50 UNDER the estimate! All in all, a great day!
Description of Work: Had a friend call me to see if I wanted a disassembled playground, so I jumped at the chance. Got all of the pieces to my backyard and was staring at a giant jigsaw puzzle. Wasn't sure which bolts or boards needed replacing, and with little ones that would be playing on this I wanted it properly leveled and secured. Did some Google searching and came up with Dallas Playsets. Verified them on Angie's List and decided to give them a call. Told Austin my situation and he sounded beyond confident that his team could get this up in no time.

Description of Work: Dallas Playset Company is wonderful!! Austin and his team came out to install an inground basketball goal for my son's for Christmas. Austin also dismantled a King Kong Rainbow Playset, that I had sold to a neighbor and installed it in her yard. The price on that was paid by the neighbor. Talking to him about building a batting cage. This company is excellent.
