Copeland's Carpets & More

Over the past 30 years or so, we have purchased flooring from Copeland’s about 5 times. Regardless of if it’s the whole house or just one room, Copeland’s exceeded our expectations. Tod & Kyle are knowledgeable about the current decorating trends as well as of the attributes of each product line guiding us to make selections that were perfect for our space and needs. I dreaded the installation process, but the crew was impeccable. I’ll never know how they got my entire house of furniture moved out and back in PLUS installed carpeting in my whole house. It was amazing to see the crew working as a team. They didn’t even have to talk - they just knew what the other was thinking and did their job like the well-oiled machine they are. I highly recommend Copeland’s over a big box store - quality, value and customer service are king in my book!

AMAZING! They installed a glass tile backsplash in the kitchen and it looks fantastic. Then they "rescued" my kitchen floors from a poorly completed repair attempt. The work required for this project was far from routine in that I wanted the backsplash to run from the counter to the ceiling with cutouts for floating shelve installation afterwards. Nothing phases these guys when it comes to installing tile. They did a FANTASTIC job on this! The floor was problematic as I had already installed the new cabinets intending to keep the existing floor. However, after another contractor attempted unsuccessfully to "patch" the existing tile, I called Kyle to bail me out! He helped me find the perfect tile, and got it installed quickly. His guys did a great job of removing the old tile assuring the cabinets were not damaged, and then installing the new. LOVE Copeland's and will call them for all future flooring needs!

It was a good experience. One of the challenges with carpet companies is that when they come out, they'll remove your existing carpet, take it away as well as replace it the same day. So I needed time between to screw down all the loose boards upstairs so they were flexible about removing the carpet and giving me a week to do what I needed to do before they did the install.

It was a very good experience for having to tear up the house and moving everything off the floor. The padding included was 8 inches thick when 6 inches is what is normally included. We dealt with Kyle and he could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful if he tried. He left samples with me for probably much longer than was necessary because he wanted us to be happy with our choice of carpet. He made helpful suggestions and had lots of good advice, yet was never pushy or "know it all." Unfortunately, the measurement was not correct and we had to wait for more carpet to arrive, but it only took 3 days and as soon as it came in, the company showed up immediately to install it. I would most definitely use Copelands again and in fact, I have already recommended them to two other people.

We solicited multiple bids for the installation of hardwood floors in our house including from Tod Copeland. He was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They were able to schedule the quote quickly, show us a range of products, and scheduled the installation quickly, even during the holidays. The work was done quickly and professionally.

we only use Todd Copeland for all our flooring - he has done our carpet, tile and wood - i highly recommend todd - he is the owner and is personally involved with every detail of the job - prices are very competitive but even if he was a little more, i would gladly pay - we are to the point where we don't even get a second bid - we only want Copelands to handle our flooring

This was probably the least stressful work I have ever had done. Kyle Copeland brought samples to my house, and he brought exactly what I wanted. Basically, the upstairs is guest area, so i just wanted a "builder's grade" berber. Kyle brought the samples and left them with me so that I had plenty of time to consider the selection. When he dropped off the samples, he also measured the area. He's REALLY good at this. There was very little scrap, and I think he saved me money. When it was time for the installation, his crew was in and out in about three to four hours, and the carpet looks beautiful. I will definitely call Kyle again when I get ready to recarpet the downstairs.
