+ -1 moreWhen I called to ask about someone looking st my sprinkler system they told me there was no charge. Then after someone came out, said everything was fine, spent less than 30 minutes, they changed me $135. I would have never agreed to $135 since everyone else charges $60-$65 for a simple service charge. They lost my business for life.

Description of Work: They came out, took pictures of our place - said that will have a proposal for us soon. Weeks had gone by - I didn't hear from them - followed up. Excused that he was out sick and that will call when the drawing was done and promise w/in a week. Weeks had gone by again... no sign. I called, left message. No one returned call nor reply to email.

+ -1 moreWhen we signed the estimate they told us we could do it in three or four days. They called back and said they couldn't do it and didn't know when they were able to do it. I did not like this. I did void the contract because they told me different stories.
Description of Work: Gave us estimates for our lawn irrigation.
