Owner Rich Freddo was able to meet with me within a couple of days of my first call to him. We met on a Saturday morning and he actually had to wait for me (I was stuck in the unexpected long line at Lewisville Hazardous Waste) - in spite of this he was very friendly, helpful and still spent over 30 minutes with us taking measurements and discussing services, etc. I chose CertaPro for three reasons: 1) because their estimate was lower than another large painting company in the area, 2) reviews I had read on Angie's List and other websites were positive, and 3) I felt that I was receiving personal service from them and that they had a genuine interest in doing a good job. When it came time to actually schedule the work, Rich and I played phone tag several times, but once I got to Andie (Operations Support) I was able to schedule exactly the time I needed. We completed the contract through email, and she even helped me to make some revisions (additional work at my request) all through phone calls and email so we did not delay the start of the work. The painter called the night before the scheduled work day to set an arrival time. Oscar and Mario arrived on time (actually a little early) on both days. They did excellent work and checked in with me several times each day to insure things were proceeding as planned. They moved my large furniture to allow room to work, they kept all areas clean throughout the day and insured they stored their tools and supplies in an out-of-the-way area at the end of the first day. They reviewed their work with me at the end of the project and did all additional touch-ups that I requested. They were friendly, neat, quiet (I was working from home during the painting) and professional. CertaPro followed up on the work with a phone call and email - I am glad I chose them for this project and would use them again.

Team was thorough. Did a good job and even redid painting the kitchen when the color was not as expected. Cleaned up the area very well and was respectful of property.

I scheduled an appointment with CertaPro of Lewisville through their website. Rich arrived on time and provided a quote for the work. I signed the agreement and he said someone would be in contact with me to schedule the work. A week went by and I hadn't heard from anyone so I called and left a message. It took several calls before we could get the work scheduled for the following week. Jose called me the night before to let me know when he would be arriving the following day. They showed up on time and around 3 hours later I received a call that they were almost done. When I got home, I looked at the bedroom and noticed a large amount of paint on the baseboards in several locations. They tried to wipe it off the best they could, but the overall work wasn't what I expected for the price I was paying. If I wanted paint on the baseboards, I would of painted it myself instead of using a professional painting company. After looking at the front door that was stained, I noticed several area's that they had missed. I don't understand why I had to point out all of the problems, I expected it to be done correctly. I called the owner Rich and explained that I wasn't happy with the results. He scheduled to have Jose return the following week to clean up the baseboards. I've hired professional painters in the past and this was the worst experience that I have had with a painting company. I wouldn't recommend them.

The job was performed with perfection, timing and neatness. I would recommend Rich and Jose who performed the job to anyone.

The provider's workers came in the house the time we agreed on. Started the prepping of the house. and after 5 days the job was done. They took all the trash and left my house spotless with a beautifully painted house interior. The owner is so professional.unlike other company ,he only ask for the check when job was completely done. Never asked for deposit. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs painting job.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Rich was right on time when he came for the initial consultation. He brought samples of colors and made some great suggestions. Then he did his measurements and photographs and was able to give us a total assessment and price that day along with scheduling a date to start. The start date was 7-10 days after this consultation, which worked out fine for me. The day before starting I got a call from Jose, the crew chief, telling me when they would be there, and they were right on time at 0830. They did an awesome job on drywall repairs and cleaning and preparing the house for painting. They were clean and neat every day they were there, and when they were done they cleaned up and left no sign of their being there other than an awesome painting job. Jose was a very professional man, very personable, and he and his crew did quite a few extra little things that were not included in the contract. He even returned a couple days after the job was done and paid for so he could properly finish the front door due to temperature issues. I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Then Rich called twice after the job was done to check to make sure I was totally satisfied with the job and to let me know that he had been by a couple of times to personally check on the job being done. Jose also told me to call him or Rich if I discovered any issue and he would be glad to come back and correct it. I did not find one thing wrong as the job they did was awesome and made my home look new on the inside and transformed a master bedroom and media room into something wonderful. Another accolade for Rich is that he is a Military Veteran, as am I, we both were in the US Air Force, and I was very happy to be giving the business to a fellow Veteran and seeing the great quality work that we Veterans are proud of. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They did a wonderful job. Didn't take any money until I approved of everything.

We used HomeAdvisor to get "reputable" painters.. and HomeAdvisor had 3 companies. We got bids from all 3, and CertaPro was the lowest. And I can tell you that just because you pay the lowest, this did not mean low quality. We would definitely use this company again. Granted, so much depends on the actual crew you have come out, but Rich would not jeopardize his company's reputation with shoddy work or workers.

The franchise owner promptly returned my phone call, scheduled an appointment to come to my house and give me an estimate, and arrived on time. He clearly explained how and when the work would be done. The crew arrived on time on the scheduled date. As promised, they did prep work (scraping and washing) the first day, and completed painting the second day. They replaced and painted a piece of worn-out trim around the garage door. The house looks great! We definitely will use CertaPro again when we need painting done.
