The owner Dennis Wiebe gave us the confidence we needed to know the work would be completed in a professional manner. From the onset Mr Wiebe was exact and had a very comprehensive manner of handling and explaining the work that was to be preformed. The Job was very clean with minimal interruption to our daily life which meant less stress for us. We felt that the whole crew did the best job and we are very happy we had the opportunity to have Castle Home do the work.

They were on time, speedy, knowledgeable, possessed good customer service skills, and gave good advice upon my inquiries.

Two telephone calls from the company itself led to a salesman's visit. He put his ladder up on my roof, climbed around awhile, and then rang the doorbell again. He invited me to climb his ladder to verify that my roof (which has never leaked) is "shot," and needs immediate replacement. I felt absolutely hustled, especially when he began talking about the insurance company (I never mentioned using insurance). I insisted on paying for any services myself, and asked for an estimate in writing. He seemed disappointed, and produced an estimate for an even $13,000 (which seems way too high). I wouldn't recommend this company at all, as nothing about the experience felt right.

Castle Home Services was conscientious and professional in all aspects of the job, which included helping with the selection of a somewhat unusual roofing material and negotiating fairly with the insurance company. The work was done skillfully and on time. We were kept informed of the status of the job from beginning to end. We couldn't be more satisfied.

They were professional, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Nothing was left in the yard; they left the yard in better condition then when they arrived.
