Calahan Construction & Air was built on the idea of providing quality service with affordable prices. Our goal is to help as many people as possible. We began in 2002 and still run our company on the same principles when we started. While Calahan Construction & Air may not have a fleet of 100 trucks and over 100s of employees, what we do have is a genuine compassion to serve people in a manner that we expect to be served. By doing this, we have built a reputation for being trustworthy, accountable, dependable, efficient, and most notable a company that gets it right the first time.

Description of Work: They did not even provide the drawings offered in a $99 deal. And they did not bring any ideas to the table except a $50,000 remodeling idea. So I would not recommend them for a deal, and I surely would not recommend them for any type of actual construction or remodel.

Description of Work: Replaced two old a/c units. First was a big deal which owner, Stacy, arranged to have done on very short notice. He was extremely flexible and responsive. I felt confidence in him (and in the very positive AL reviews that I also arranged for him to replace a second a/c unit at the same time. His crew led by Cecil arrived on time, answered my questions, responded fully to my requests, worked very hard and fast and finished the job with very limited inconvience to my wife and elderly parents. Clean up was thorough. I am very pleased with the whole process. Stacy has agreed to do some additional and unrelated work for us very shortly.

Description of Work: They did an AC check on our unit and gave us an estimate for repairs. The only problem I have is they charged us for the service when we had already bought it through the big deal and we are still waiting for a refund.

Description of Work: They replaced the outside A/C unit. There were numerous problems with the new unit itself and difficulties that warranted the company having to come out and work on the new A/C for a period of over a year. They replaced the unit and the cores several times and never gave up trying to make sure the job was done correctly. They were wonderful!! I was delighted with their professionalism and their service!! Mr. Stacey Calahan was excellent and his crews were spot-on!

Description of Work: I had a bad capacitor in my condenser. Mr. Calahan answered his phone at 6:45 in the morning and came out the same day. By the time I got home from work the problem was fixed. Great experience.
