Jerry, the repair tech, was communicative, prompt, professional, competent and very cordial.

Although my installation appointment had to be rescheduled I must say that I am quite impressed with Melissas level of professionalism getting someone out as early as possible. I appreciated that more than she probably realizes. Definitely would use this company again and will be recommending them to friends, family and co-workers.

We have a large blackout shade that had a messed up wiring throughout the shade. They came prepared to fixed with all parts plus other parts that we did not need. Sent out a reminder the day before and texted when he was on his way. Great service all around!
