They were great.

Ann was great to work with - very professional and made recommendations about fabric. (I ended up buying my own fabric at JoAnn's because I found one there that hubby and I both liked.) Ann gave me a quote and estimate of time to do the cushions - and she was spot on both. I dropped the cushions off on Monday morning and they were finished Thursday afternoon. I had asked her to make two pillow covers if there was enough fabric left over - she went a step further and used some of the leather from the old tops to make binding on the pillows, so they match the cushions perfectly. My husband and I are both thrilled with the results - our sectional now looks like it just came off the show room floor! Highly recommend Ann and will use her again!!

The leather on them was a cheap leather blend and almost all of them had torn or worn away. Ann found a vinyl material that was an exact match and called the company to make sure it was available. There was one roll left so Ann ordered it and gave me a great deal on the price. She said that the cushions would be ready in 2 weeks. Instead, she called me one week early and said that she finished them. The match was perfect. Ann accepts only cash or check-- good to know prior to going in. Could not be happier with quality, price and service. Will definitely use Ann again on future upholstery projects.

My puppy partially chewed a cushion from a leather couch. The zipper and some of the leather, along with some stuffing were destroyed. Ann was not able to match the leather exactly, but did a great job of repairing the damage and replacing the zipper.

She was okay. I didn't have them actually do the job because of the time frame.

She helped me pick out fabric and re-upholstered an antique chair. EXCELLENT JOB! She also stayed open fro me at closing time since it was the only time I could come. She could not have been more professional and such a nice person.

Upholstered two chairs. The quality was perfect. They picked up and delivered for $100.00. I recommend their work.

She did a fantastic job of matching a fabric that I had. I made several trips in there to look through her fabric books. She was very honest, she would tell me when she thought something worked or did not work. I'm very happy with the results. They delivered and worked with me on every phase of the project.

They are extremely competent, capable, pleasant, and highly professional providers. Everything was exactly as we wanted it to be.

The location was the only disadvantage, since it was way the h*** out in Carrollton, and we are not. Aside from that, though, it was exactly what we needed to repair the damage done by one of our grandsons to a barstool...while only one stool fell victim to his puncture experiments, we had to have all three replaced to match the vinyl fabric look we needed. Ann accomplished that very well for a price that approximated what we had set as the limit we would go rather than simply getting a new set of stools. We were happy, too, to get the job done ahead of the Easter weekend's entertainment demands.

She does outstanding work. She finished earlier than she had quoted us.

They are Japanese and you can describe to them what you want over the phone and they will give you a quote. I had someone else to upholster 2 brand new chairs while on vacation and it fells in comparison to them. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Ann was very friendly to work with, and I am very pleased with my "new" chair. She told me it would take about 3 weeks & it ended up taking more like 4+ weeks, but I wasn't up against any deadlines so it was okay. I think she did a great job, and would definitely recommend her to others, as well as use her again!

They are on Angie's List. Ann's husband came and picked up and dropped off and then picked up some items that I was able to go and pick up. She did 3 jobs for me and I spent $750.00, $350.00, and $350.00. She did a thorough job. In both instances she completed the jobs ahead of schedule.

.Overall they did a good job. Price wise they were expensive but I think it was worth it. The quality that we got back was worth it. I will use them in the future.

She re-built the seats and they look brand new! It was a wonderful experience! I thought the price was high at the time, but the quality is great ($60 a seat).

Ann's Upholstery was wonderful to work with! They picked up the sofa exactly when they said they would and were as punctual when they returned it. It took about 10 business days for them to complete the job. The cushions are perfect and each one has a zipper so that they can easily be cleaned or have more batting inserted for "plumpness." The work is so professional that you would never know that this was not the fabric that was originally on the couch!

I needed this done the week before Christmas, so I was having difficulty finding someone to do it with only one week's notice. Ann's charged me an extra $50, but no delivery fee. We moved the love seat downstairs ourselves since they would only take it from the first floor. I provided my own material which I had previously purchased. I thought the price $500 plus tax) was a bit high, but worth it given the quality of the work, convenience and timeliness of the job. They came and picked it up the afternoon that I called, and promised it would be finished before Christmas. They called about 5 days later, which was 3 days before Christmas, and delivered it the next day, on time as promised. The love seat looks great, and they returned all unused material. I would definitely call them again.
