Description of Work: In time, professional. I peeked into the work truck- very well organized. Had some talk with the tech about company in general. Overall got the feeling that its a company with good systems in place. Someone I would like to do business with in future.

Description of Work: They were very punctual but a bit pricey. We would use them again as they were very professional, but would also shop around. Their hourly rate appeared to be higher than expected even with the Angie's List coupon. Unfortunately, we needed the work done right away and didn't have time to shop around. They did a great job and were very professional.

Description of Work: I'm now a huge fan of this company! I've had them out 3x to help during a major backyard construction project. They show up on time, make very helpful suggestions and leave my property looking great. Things I like: their trucks look professional - like roto-rooter, not some dudes old pickup. They lay tarps down to keep dirt off my (new) concrete patio. They wear uniforms and show up clean, and leave clean. They say "you don't need that" as often as "you need this". I even had an emergency and one of their guys called me back on a Saturday. Hands down one of the best service companies I've dealt with.

Description of Work: I have to say that from Jennifer and Jessica in the office to Sergio in the field the experience was painless. Jennifer scheduled me to meet the demands of my work schedule, and Sergio (the Tech) was wonderful. He and his helper fixed a leak that was costing me @ $75.00 a month and replaced a defective controller in 1.5 HRS. Highly Recommended!!!

Description of Work: They identified several small issues with the individual sprinklers as well as a problem with the main access to the system. They were knowledgeable and helpful and were able to take care of everything without a lot of extra cost. They also answered several questions about our controller and other options for our landscaping. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: This service is a scam. There is no tune-up that is done. This is a foot in the door to come and tell me what are all broken. I am not sure what is the purpose of selling this as a sprinkler system tune-up. There is nothing tuned up here and is a complete waste of my time and money. I am not sure that this is a reflection on Andy's sprinkler but really on Angie's list selling me a incorrectly named service. Krishna

Description of Work: I had some sprinkler heads that were bad. They ran a full check and found more. They were fast and very reasonable.

Description of Work: They repaired my sprinkler system, and put in drip iragation around my foundation. Did a good job, but did have one leak in the drip iragation, which they came out and fixed promptly. Overall good experience. If I hadn't been paying attention, they would have put the drip irregation pipe closer to the foundation, in one area, than I had requested.

Description of Work: Checked entire system and gave an estimate of costs to fix all discrepancies. Adjusted all nozzles and replaced or repaired those that were bent, malfunctioning or clogged. Final price was under the estimate.

Description of Work: Little disappointed they don't do any work on the weekends at all. Like most people, we work M-F. I wonder how much business they lose by not accommodating weekend requests.

Description of Work: The workman were exhalant. did a good gob. When they finished they told me how much it cost I wrote them a check and he said he would send a bill to my email account, which I never received. They were supposed to give me a estimate for the sprinklers to work at max capacity. He said his boss would be over to estimate the job. Two days later I received a call from his boss asking if could come over to look at the system and estimate a cost, I told him I never received a bill he said he would take care of it never received his estimate or bill. Description of Work: Great service, Robert Bass was the technician that came out to my house, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and most important quick... in 2 hours him and his helper replaced 3 rotary heads, capped 2 more, moved two heads a foot over, installed 2 head risers and found and fixed a pipe leak I'v been trying to find for years, not to mention a complete adjustment and cleaning to every sprinkler head on my system. Very impressed. I would definitively used them again.
