Description of Work: Replaced sprinkler system control box (I fully expected a problem with this component) and serviced issues with sprinkler heads. Before I approved the work, fully explained issues, what needed to be done to correct problem, and how the problems could be corrected. Great job and very pleased with the work performed.

Description of Work: Irrigation including french drains installation. I state upfront I am not an easy person to satisfy. I expect professionalism. This company responded quickly, gave implicit direction and communication and their crew did an outstanding job. Mathew was very good at keeping me informed of scheduling and met with me twice on site. The installation site was so clean afterward that my wife questioned if the job had been performed yet during the inspection phase. I highly recommend them and they have earned my future business.

Description of Work: Performed a sprinkler check-up. Have yet to determine the quality of the work. He broke the valve on my two-way faucet and didn't even mention it to me. I did not appreciate that.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 50% off full sprinkler tune-up in 2010. I was very pleased with with the service.

Description of Work: Two guys arrived on time. First they fixed the leaking water gushing from my "box in the ground at the end of my driveway". And then they tested my sprinkler system for other issues. I'm glad they tested the rest of the system since there were two other areas that were also gushing water. They dug some holes, patched the pipes, then put everything back. End result = happy customer. | |As for pricing, it was nice and straight forward. They charged me for hardware, and labor at a rate of something like $100 per hour (1 hour minimum). | |My price might be a little inflated, since they not only repaired the broken pipe in my "box at the end of the driveway" but they also suggested that we move the box away from the driveway a few feet. This required a little more time to dig the hole and some effort to route the piping out that direction. But they made a good point, "If it got run over once, it'll get run over again unless we move it." They weren't pushy or anything about their suggestions either, at first I said "No thanks" and they were fine with it. But then I came to my senses and decided to take the advice from the pros.

Description of Work: Andy's installed drip irrigation for our home. They were timely, courteous and responsive. We also used them to repurpose our outside lighting and, again, very professional & courteous.

Description of Work: Saw the add, paid for it with Paypal. Vendor called shortly thereafter and scheduled a time. No one showed up.

Description of Work: I paid for a Big Deal sprinkler service, during which the sprinkler heads, connections and settings were checked. They added a remote weather antenna (which was a big chunk of the cost) as my system was set up for one. |I would use them again without any concerns.

Description of Work: Stated they repaired landscape lighting. Came to location and would not/could not do tree lights.
