Description of Work: We have been loyal customers of Andy's for several years and they consistently provide great service and are friendly and professional. We had our annual sprinkler system tune-up, they had to replace a few nozzles and broken or clogged sprinkler heads. About a week ago, I noticed that one of the nozzles had popped off so I called them and they were able to come out at the end of that same day, replace it and they didn't charge me for it. I can't say enough good things about Andy's, they are top notch!

Description of Work: Checked out the sprinkler system. Closed system off in some areas I really didn't want to water (beyond my fence),dug out heads where dirt/grass interfered with function, replaced a couple of heads, reset sprinkler system to optimize sprinkler times & meet local law.

Description of Work: They checked all of my 75 sprinkler heads and 72 drip tubing system heads for pots off of nine system valves for the $95 diagnosis fee. They redirected and/or corrected spray patterns and spray volumes on various heads. Also had them replace one 4" riser with a 12 inch riser, and replace one two inch riser at the street which popped out while they were testing. They agreed to come back later on another day and reroute a manual garden value out from the path of a paved stone walkway. All work has been completed and paid for.

Description of Work: Replaced broken sprinkler valve. Very pleased. Andy's were exceedingly prompt. We had to reschedule when Tropical Bill came through on original arrival date, but they were in constant contact with us. The team that arrived were very competent and quickly performed the required work. All in all an extremely pleasant experience.

Description of Work: The worker that did the work was very good at what he did and very helpful. |The problem can when I received the bill. It seems that the amount paid was just to get them out here and nowhere on the bill did I see that amount. Called the company and the female I spoke with stated that was just to get them out here and nothing else. Doubt I will use them which is a shame because the worker was great, but if your office staff is not that is what you remember, not the work.
