Andys Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting

It was okay. They ended up up selling me quite a bit. It's not horrible, I'm glad that they came but it was an experience. They were here March of 2016. It was about $1900. I just remembered the price was exactly $1000 because that's what I got him to agree to. They actually missed a day and didn't let me know.

Our sprinkler system is 16 years old and several of the rotors were leaking and not spinning. Other sprinkler heads were leaking , or were no longer effectively watering due to changes in some of the landscaping. Corbin and Fernando arrived right on time and we discussed the repairs/updates that needed to be done. They did a complete analysis of the entire sprinkler system and found a couple of additional sprinkler heads/nozzles that needed to be replaced and one area where a sprinkler head needed to be added in order to effectively water that area of the lawn. They did a great job and when they were done they tested the entire system to make sure everything was working properly and that the sprinkler heads were adjusted to efficiently water the lawn, shrubs and flower beds. In addition, they set the timer for the sprinkler system. This is the second time I have used Andy's Sprinkler and I highly recommend them!

Great work. Insightful and stepped through options on what was best decision for my needs... Not pushing what they thought best. Said was going to get back with me on a quote for the back but with all the craziness of the storms, might be a bit behind.

Found lots of problems that the previous homeowner didn't know about. 2 major leaks in the pipes. System set to water 3 times a day. Battery was dead/low on rain sensor...I could go on and on. The team was very fast and professional. They explained everything in great detail about the needed repairs. The prices for the line fixes were very reasonable and they were much faster getting the job done than any other company i've used. We even discussed changing out a row of heads ( wrong type of sprinkers for such a small space in one area ) to drip irrigation and they gave me a bid. I was very satisfied.

This service was provided almost a year ago, and (with the excuse that I'm a mother of very young children) I'm actually taking the time to come back and do this review despite how much time has passed! I haven't forgotten the experience. Incredibly professional, respectful, and well-priced. Excellent communication, both before and during the job. Highly recommend.

Brian did a great job. He was professional and very knowledgeable of the sprinkler system. Everything was done in a very thorough manner.

Andy's: Fast scheduling. Prompt arrival. Quick assessment. Replaced 4 heads and repaired 1 leak in pipe. Sprinkler control box not functional. Cost to replace that would have been an additional >$400. I did not do with Andy's. Angie's: My complaint is that I paid $95.00 through Angie's for Inspection and Estimate. I learned that Andy's does not charge for inspection anyway. So my charge had I just hired Andy's outright would have been $222.00.

I called them for a quote on a drainage system. They wanted to charge me for a technician and not honor the coupon. Then I indicated we had a few drainage boxes that my husband installed and they said, since I had a drainage system already this coupon would not work.

Fine. I believe costs were added above the special price quote. In all fairness, this reviews is being written 4+ years past service so details are fuzzy.

Andy's Sprinkler always does an excellent job repairing our sprinkler system. Andy's Sprinkler may be slighter more in cost than other sprinkler companies in my area BUT, (1) they show up on time, (2) if they are running late from a previous job, I get a phone call advising me and (3) the crew speaks understandable English. I have called on Andy's Sprinkler for years and have never been dis-satisfied with their work.

It went fine but the additional costs to replace sprinkler heads was very expensive.

The service man was more interested in leaving than making sure he checked every sprinkler head.

They were punctual and professional. We have used them before and this was a very good experience. We had some problems with pressure and coverage and they fixed what they could and gave us suggestions for the future. Did all expected!

Hugo and Christian showed up ahead of scheduled visit (with notification, of course). I explained the problem and showed them where the pump was located. They got to work and pretty readily identified the problem with the pump. Replaced it and tested the system to make sure it was functioning properly. At owner's request, they also popped some of the drain gates off, cleaned out the catch basins, and hosed the collected dirt out through the pipes. Covered pump housing to prevent debris from getting in. A job well done.

They came out same day, troubleshot the system and fixed it. Exactly what you would want to have happen.

Andy's is the best for sprinkler work. My only complaint is they are a bit pricey.

The quote was for significantly more than I was prepared to spend. I did not "rate" the quote because I did not seek out other quotes. I decided to hold off on moving forward at this time. The quote process was very professional with good communication and a professional representative.

Andy's was booked up so we had to wait about 10 days before someone was available to come out. The technician was professional and on time. He identified the major problem and fixed/replaced 9 or so sprinkler heads. To repair the major problem of a broken pipe, we had to schedule another appointment when two (more expensive) people could come out and fix it. We eventually had it fixed by another company for about half the cost of what Andy's estimated. Service was great but the expense is based on a high hourly rate. I think we did better by shopping around via our neighborhood Facebook page.

Service was very good. However, they are expensive

On time, on budget and effective.

I have since hired another sprinkler company to fix that they were supposed to fix.
