Description of Work: Replaced 4 valves and installed new control unit. Was shocked by the prices for a valve that took 5 mins to replace ($285 each)! They were prompt, and they clearly knew what they were doing. Just pricey.

Description of Work: Checked out the entire system, replaced several sprinkler heads. I've used them in the past. I had to wait for service a bit longer than usual. They charge for everything and the cost are high. Be prepared for the cost to be more than you anticipated.

Description of Work: Called late on a Friday for emergency service when I came home to a water leak near my curb. The plumber indicated that the issue was with the irrigation system. Kelly called and said he'd be happy to come out that evening - it was after 10p so I asked him to come in the morning. | |He came out when he indicated he would - super nice guy. After doing some diagnostics, he was able to show me that the issue WAS with the main water line, not with the irrigation system. He was patient and helpful, and even spent some time showing me where I needed to position my rain sensor because the other company that installed it didn't locate it properly. I was charged $150 for the emergency rate - it was just as he stated. | |He even volunteered to speak with the plumbing company to explain why it wasn't an issue with the sprinkler system (it wasn't necessary - he was right!). |He followed up on Monday to see if I was able to get the problem resolved. Just great service, and I will most definitely use them again.
